Great bloody mary bar! Unlimited mimosas! 3 of us had green chili fries, they were so yummy. 3 had maple bourbon bacon burgers, all said they were very good. Service was excellent! We will be back!Kid-friendliness: No problem with kiddos.

Definitely liked this place. Usually get the shoppers. The service has always been good as well.

We used to love Gold Dust. The haystack fries were amazing, the green chili was pretty dang good on the “Thunder Humper” and the rest of the food was good too. Last time we ordered, we got the worst, frozen, unseasoned, curly fries with bland chili and inedible burgers. Sad. I miss the good food.

Owner made me cry I asked about why a side was not included in the price. It’s actually one of the more humiliating moments I’ve ever had in my entire life. I swear to God I will tell everybody to never come to your establishment. I’m also posting this on google

I hadn't been to the Gold Dust for about 7+ years, and it was HORRIBLE!! First of all, when we got there we waited approximately 15 to 20 minutes before we were even approached and asked for drinks, we were not giving menus, and then our waitress came and asked us if we were ready to order. Well, how can we order if we do not have menus!? So secondly, we waited another at least 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive, I ordered coffee and when our waitress brought all the drinks she did not bring my coffee I waited approximately 7 minutes, and then went and got a coffee cup from the bar and poured my own coffee! When our food arrived, I had ordered the soup and grilled cheese, and what I remembered the most about the gold dust was the potato soup. Well, what a disappointment that was it was lukewarm at best, and my grilled cheese sandwich was cold. We had ordered some cauliflower for an appetizer and it was horrible the amount of seasoning that was on there was just ridiculous, the girls with me ordered a basket of fries because hamburgers do not come with fries over there nowadays so which was very disheartening as much as you pay for a burger that was mediocre at best. The seasoning on the curly fries was so bad that the girls ate, maybe five fries from the entire basket. One of the waitresses who we later found out was the manager came storming from the bar to the kitchen which we were seated very close to the kitchen hollering about her customers come first and something I don't know and she appeared to look directly at our table as she was stating that. Needless to say, we were pretty upset that she appeared to have been directing her statements at us after all of the problems that we had already had. She never once before her hollering about her customers coming first, did she even come to apologize or try to make things right with the issues with the food and I thought that was a little unprofessional as far as a management position goes. She tried to offer us a gift card to make up for it, and we told her that that was not acceptable because we would not be returning ever! She did ultimately wind up comping our order, which we were grateful for. However, it was really disappointing to look forward to something that you remember and it being totally disgusting. The only thing that I would say is get it together, Gold Dust!!

I should have trusted my intuition walking into this place. It was completely empty, while other restaurants were bustling. And sure enough, I got violently ill from food poisoning as a result. There were so many warning signs, but the main thing I want to mention is the main course that got me sick, which was a new item--the steak salad. The seasoning was off, and the meat came out gray. I just trusted that they knew what they were doing, so that's on me. There was also hair in it that I didn't find until I was nearly done. The silverware wrapped in napkins was filthy and left dirt stains on the napkins. The beer samples did not taste like the larger glasses, so I'm not sure what that's about. The place is disgusting and I would not recommend eating here for health reasons. I ended up vomiting for seven straight hours, and could not even keep water down. I was bedridden for more than a day. It's just not worth the risk.
