I'm not sure what happened today! We have ordered from this store in the past and our food was good but in our last order, the bread tasted like old bread!! Very dry with no taste! We took everything from the inside of the sandwich and put it in our own bread! Very disappointing!!

My crew ordered twenty or so sandwiches for the same time and paid for them in the app. They had the audacity to think it was a computer glitch and not make the sandwiches until they called several people to verify. Getting our sandwiches an hour or so later than we were supposed too!!! How would you think that’s a glitch??? Are you serious? Be better. Lesson learned!

This is the third time we have stopped at this location at 9:30 when it says they open for them to tell us they have no bread! What in the world? Not going to keep customers that way. Seriously???

Most workers there are good. The lady with way too much makeup who works weekends is mean as a snake. I dread seeing her when I walk in.

I placed an order with the store on South Pueblo Blvd using their website like I have done many time. After I paid, the message said that my order would be ready for pickup. I immediately called the store and told them that I can not pick up the order and I needed it delivered just like they had done dozens of time before. The nasty employee who answered the phone told me that they no longer do delivery and that I would have to go to the app to cancel the order. I told her that I did not order using an app and that I ordered on HER Website. She told me that she could not help me. I just checked my Amex card and see that they charged me for the $24.34 for the order. I have no food and I can't get the store to cancel the pickup order. I cannot believe that their nasty employees cannot help me fix the problem. I will NEVER patronize Jersey Mike's again even though I have given them tremendous business over the Years. Maybe someone in Corporate could fix this problem and get me a refund for the Food which I did not receive.

My first experience with this place, I ordered the #7 turkey and provolone with extra meat, Doritos, 1 Fruit punch Gatorade, 1 pure leaf Sweet tea and 2 cookies. I received a Club (turkey & ham) and 2 Gatorade no tea. I didn't order a club or added ham to my sandwich. I can't have ham. Of course this is a doordash order as I don't have the means to go there myself so I'm stuck with what I got. I did take pictures but I don't know how to post them on here.

Tunafish must be a hot commodity every time I try to place an order via DoorDash or Jersey Mike’s app I end up being disappointed. Dear future customers call the store to make sure they have what they need to prepare your sandwich!

Big Jersey Mike's fan but tonight at this location was a big let down. They forgot the pickles, bacon (which cost extra), and didn't even cut the sandwich (got the giant size). What happened?

Looked closed but Maps said it was open. No employees in the front. Open sign was off (it's dark out). Only way we knew it was open was by trying the door. We let employee know about the sign and they shrugged it off. Was still off when we left even though there was noone else in the resturant. If I were a manager here people would getting fired or I should be fired.
