I only have 1 thing to say about why this location has so many bad reviews, first and foremost Amanda who was previously working at the minimac by our house and was the sole reason we refused to support this business by giving them our daily business for morning coffee. Now that we learned she has moved locations as the manager we will no longer be spending our money at this location either. Poor management= poor customer service. Amanda the manager is a very disrespectful rude person all the way around, even when our order was wrong and we had our receipt she refused to make right on cold coffee at 7 am ??? What happened to the customer is always right approach on customer service???

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. This has to be the WORST McDonald's in Pueblo. Everytime I order a sausage egg McMuffin it's either the egg isn't cooked all the way the bread is hard or doesn't taste right.

I see some 1 star reviews about Pueblo's Midtown McDonalds, and I really don't understand why. I've been coming here constantly after work and the late evening shift workers are absolutely phenomenal. The fries are perfectly fresh and crispy every time, the chicken sandwiches and quarter pounders, and the fish filets I get get are always totally fresh and hot and noticeably tastier than the other McDonald's sandwiches here in town. The staff is super fast and always very friendly. I don't know what planet the low star reviewers are living on, but it's not this one lol This is hands down the best McDonalds in Pueblo County and one of the best fast food stops in general ??
They don't allow bookbags to stay on your back while you order every one is treated like drug addicted homeless just don't go thousands of locations other than this

You know, at this point, you would think I should just know better than to leave this drive-thru without checking my food. Alas, every now and again I decide I will place an order here and then I go and forget to be the manager for these people they so desperately seem to need. I mean my god, I know it is just McDonalds so the GM here probably doesn't understand even a simple concept like wanting to receive what you order, but your expectations clearly must be as low as they can here if you want to forgo any disappointment. Proceed with caution if you dare come to this "establishment" and if you want some real advice just go eat Culvers. They probably actually pay their employees enough to care and so we get good food from there. Not McDonalds, though, who clearly cannot get it together.
