When a place has a line out the door at 5pm on a Tuesday, that should tell you something. And when they take care on the beans and rice, you know the rest is top notch. Perfect level of spicy on the hot green chili. This is the best excuse to break the diet on the mesa.

Came in town for a bite looked at the menu choice it looked decent They were pretty busy, so didn't see much of the Waiter, when I got my food, it looked like a child's plate Had the fajitas was hardly any steak in it You have to dig through. It had more peppers than anything. The side of rice and beans were teaspoon scoops. They literally have a buffet of rice and beans. I don't understand why it couldn't have been a little bit more The rice was hard. The beans were cold.Then I ate my meal with no drink. Cause I didn't get a refill.What's expected more? Especially how busy it was, but this was the worst experience. At a mexican restaurant That I have ever encountered. I would not go back if someone paid for my meal It was very pricey and afterwards. I still went and got something to eat. Also, be aware it is a tight place to park.

I fell down on my way to go in to the restaurant, because of a bump in their sidewalk. When I got into the restaurant I told the hostess what happened, she didn't even asked me if I was alright, did I hurt myself, she complained there was no manager at the time, and walked off. We waited quite awhile for a table. Finally another couple came in and she was going to seat them before us. The husband spoke up and reminded her we were there before them, so she finally seated us. We ordered the buffet, and waters. Waitress finally brought us water, chips, and salsa. She never returned to check on us at all for the remainder of our visit. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant! The date of occurrence was December 30, 2023; the hostess/ waitress was Kiara.

What a disappointment all around. From having to wait 20 minutes for the waitress to finally take our order, to another 48 minutes for our food. And the place wasn’t even packed. Probably because of the bad weather outside. We were only offered refills once and that was when our food finally arrived. Sorry but this is not authentic Mexican food by far. Small portion size and dried beans and rice. The caldo-Mexican stew is always served with Spanish rice. Not here that’s an additional cost. The chicken breast with spinach cream white sauce is served with mushrooms any other real Mexican restaurant. Not here it’s either one or the other. The one on Pueblo Blvd not any better. Then the waitresses kept sweeping the floor by where we were eating. FYI air born dust is lifted when you sweep and probably went in our food, but since you can’t see with the bare naked eye you can’t tell. Wait to clean until closing time or no one is eating near by. It’s common courtesy.

We always go for the buffet, most times.... especially on the weekends when they have their menudo on the menu. This is about the only place we'll order menudo from that taste close to our homemade one. They usually always have their green chili, rice, beans and cheese enchiladas on the buffet. They switch up the soups tho, like pozole, menudo, caldo de rez and others.....But don't take my word for it, stop by and try it for yourself, I'm sure you'll not be disappointed..Wheelchair accessibility: They do have 2 access points for the wheelchair to get up on the sidewalk next to the building , only downside is the doors are not mechanical you have to pull or push and hold to get in

Love this place! Always get good, friendly service. The food is great, margaritas are great, chips are great. Salsa would be excellent if it didn't have cilantro in it. Cilantro is a divisive herb - people either love it or hate it. It would be nice if they would offer an option without it for those of us in the "no cilantro anywhere near my plate" camp.
