Our waitress was doing a fantastic job even though she was very busy! A favorite of ours for a date night on a Friday after a long week. It's a small, cozy food place that's a hidden gem in Pueblo West.
Well, it was good when we were here 10 years ago and they are still good. No big frills as the restaurant goes, but the food and service were excellent. Lived in HI for a couple of years, so we have a pretty high bar on sushi, and MoMos is excellent "mainland" sushi. A little pricey, but that's sushi, always pricey. And I sold wife's wasabi before I took pictures.

Only a half dozen tables. We went there during a slow time mid-afternoon, but it's probably more fun at night (or during the day if you like a lot of space). But the items were 5 star. And the tall Asahi and Sapporo might satisfy even non-beer drinkers, but alternatives exist too. The sushi chef is 5 star, at least.
