Today I have to say the 3 young gentleman that were working did an amazing job, They were all very polite and respectful and did an outstanding job on making my pizzas. You could tell the difference from other times when I have been to this establishment the atmosphere was great, they all had the most positive attitudes in customer service that I've seen in a while!!!!!????????
I have found that PM's pizza is always delicious and they have some fabulous deals certain days of the week. I was, however, rather disgusted at how dirty the store was when I walked in. Trash all over the floor, cheese all over the outer-counter, scraps of paper, etc.. I worked in the pizza business for 24 years, it is one thing to have a mess on the kitchen side, but keeping the lobby clean should be a priority. We purchase the $10.99 Tuesday special every few weeks. The staff in the store on Prairie are always friendly and they tend to laugh while making the pizzas. The pizzas are always delicious.
