I ordered two pizzas with instructions that they be well done, cooked crispy. I received both pizzas delivered quickly but both were barely browned on the outside and some of the inner dough still looked raw around the crust and below the ingredients. Someone at the restaurant called for me to pay with a card before the order could be started and even after explaining and having the instructions confirmed the pies were still cooked with no crisp at all.

Definitely not a place that handles professionalism or has basic knowledge. I moved around the corner into a new complex and was given different answers as to why I can’t be delivered. Along with not being listened to from their call center and thrown around numerous times. They cut you off quick and you’ll listen to the 90’s themed intro for forever. Including one guy who said he was transferring me to the store manager and stayed on hold way too long. I would have appreciated talking to someone at the store themselves who knows what’s going on and can give clear answers. Amazing customer service guy’s. I will no longer use them due to the unprofessional call centers they use. And as the reviews are showing it’s definitely not the best with accuracy or satisfaction. Keep it up you’re doing great!

It's a shame how the company here in Pueblo Colorado doesn't hire African Americans! It's only white or Mexican work there! They don't give an African American a chance and they look down on them! They judge them and throw away applications they only hire they own people they can't speak good English and that's not fair! So I hope someone from corporate do something about This and soon!

Food was absolutely delicious made to perfection and I've had a lot of different pizzas from different franchise this Is definitely one of my favorite and has been since I was a kid I recommend pizza hut to anyone who loves quality food
