Both of our pizzas were drowned in chili honey sauce which me and my mother can't have due to health issues my brother's wings were supposed to be boneless they forgot the ranch are cheesy bread got buried in oregano and whoever made our food tonight I hope you're fired I will be in there tomorrow morning to talk to a manager to make sure that you are fired I hope it was worth losing your job putting chili sauce on me and my mother's food which could kill us

Unsanitary, makes your food without washing their hands. Drivers & clerks running around touching everything, including their sweaty hair & Bodies. Driver gets back from a delivery & goes right to preparing the next order. Although I appreciate the willingness to work, but sanitation is a must. It prevents spreading viruses etc. They refuse to give you your cash or money back & instead offer you credit for an establishment you'll never go back to. Cost Me $23.74 to learn this establishment is trash . BIG HECK NO FOR ME

This place has become a drug den. The staff don’t seem to care and they never have enough people to service customers. Food quality is the worst I’ve ever experienced at a Pizza Hut. Makes me long for the days when the one on Hudson was still open.
Pizza was terrible, cold and chewy. Ordered for Birthday Party and was very disappointed, Even called and was told everything is made fresh right there. ( well obviously boss it’s. Not. Fresh.!) LoL. Felt like it was made 3-4 hours prior just sitting in no heat. ?. I told my hub Dominos is better but he learned the hard way.Pizza Hut Used to be soooo goood back in the days! ( 80’s baby here, lol) now it’s like uhm.. I would go to little ceasers before this place

Ordered a LG pan pizza, got home and it was a hand tossed. When I called in the guy kept trying to tell me I got a better deal with the hand tossed. If I wanted hand tossed I would have ordered one. After several minutes of him arguing with me and not letting me speak to the manager he finally got Josh the manager on. He tried to argue what I had was a pan pizza. I ended up taking the pizza back. They refused to let me speak to higher management when they refused to reimburse my money. I left with no money and no pizza. I will be going in to catch the district manager in store. I believe that is theft when you keep the item and yhe money. Will NEVER buy from pizza hut again!!
