We went through the drive through at 4:30 pm and the women told us it would be a 40 minute wait because “they had to clock everyone out and count all the drawers before we could be served”. All I wanted to get was one sandwich and she didn’t offer to let us get paid with card. There was no line in the drive through and it said they were open online. I took my business to Chick-fil-A across the street with much better customer service.

They refused to take more than one order at a time. A person would go through the drive through, then be forced to wait till the car in front of them pulled all the way around before they would even take the next persons order.Also they had no biscuits.I was able to write this entire review while waiting on them to take my order.

We ordered food through the drive thru at 9pm and were given food that had been sitting under the heater for hours. Everything we ordered was hard and disgusting. The evening staff don't seem to care about their customers and providing good customer service. I will never go back here again.

Placed a mobile order. Food was not ready when I arrived. Gave name on order and was told it would be brought to me. Waited and waited 5 cars came and went through drive thru 3 Walk ins came and went. Still no food. Finally went in and they had no clue who or what I was or talking about. Had to get loud and spell my name because they honestly have no sense. Then when I finally get my food it's just kind of tossed on the counter. No apologies no nothing but a eye roll and she walked away. Asked to speak to manager and she just walked away the other person just ignored me as well. Btw they were not busy when I arrived.

My husband went through the drive through today 4pm 4/7/24. Ordered at 8 piece and large side of rice and beans. Pulled around and paid for it, and was told to park and they would bring it out when it was done, it would be about 5-8 minutes. So he did. ......30 minutes later and many cars in the line pulled through the drive through came and went , the lobby was closed , so he went back through the line, 10 more minutes later he gets to the back and there is a car of teenagers parked by the drive through line with 3 of the Popeyes Employees smoking Marijuana. So when my husband got back to the order screen thing again, they said oh! Ok and 8 piece and side ... that will be $34.95 please pull forward. And he said... umm no I'm I already I'm still waiting for my food! For a half hour actually, what's going on? They said oh? You already paid? Ok , umm go ahead and park and we will have it right out and we will give you an extra side and some extra chicken. 15 minutes later!!!!!!!!......... I mean.... are these children supposed to be smoking pot at work? It's really affecting their job functions. If there is a manager there, they have to be aware ... I understand it's legal...but I am positive that corporate would NOT like this to whats going on here in their chain in Pueblo, Colorado. Terrible! Without a receipt also. We do have the cc payment. But wow. Corporate needs to get ahold of someone and get that store cleaned up. And last week, i ordered lunch for my husband as he is corrections officer, and they sent the wrong sandwichs... (i called and talked to them) and the manger told me she made the sandwichs herself so she knows they are right.And to bring them in if i had a problem with them. Well they were wrong... they both had cheese on them... ordered 1 without cheese , my husband can't have cheese, and i ordered it through doordash, so i couldnt bring it in- i was leaving for an apt and he was leaving for work.Thats the reason for doordash. Highly irritated.

Just bought some chicken wings last night now I’m at work sick barely hanging on stay away from there they are very nasty
This is got to be the most slowest Popeyes I've ever been to. Like honestly what you guys doing? Going on a chicken hunt bring it back pluck the feathers off the chicken and then cook the dang thing and then bag it up! 30mintues waiting in the dang drive through, I could have made my own dang bird. Geez people work faster!Oh by the way the roof above the drive through is about to fall off, you better get it fixed.

Looks like the restaurant needs some major TLC. Walls need painted and overall restaurant needs a deep clean. One of the doors needs to be fixed due to broken glass.

At first, I was excited to eat at Popeyes since it's been 10 plus years. Well, the building had a broken front door, stale oder with a stickiness to everything. This should have been my warning, but I ordered the 5 piece spicy tender meal. The chicken was old, tiny pieces that were dry, and the fries were even worse. Oil soaked and lukewarm at best. The fries seemed to be day old bottom of the basket... nasty! It was $75 for 4 people to eat, and we did not enjoy it. This just solidified my not wanting to return to Popeyes again.
