I was eager to try this restaurant as I had heard good things, and most restaurants in Pueblo are at best mediocre with a few notable exceptions. Unfortunately, Rosarios was the same.First, on arrival, we were seated quickly and brought water and bread. The restaurant was not busy, maybe 3 other tables as it was early. Our server was so friendly and just a treat to be around but sadly the food was not very good especially for the price. The gnocchi was good but the sauce lacked flavor and the chicken was really tough. The other dishes were not very good either. But the people working there were 10/10.
