Great little deli in downtown Pueblo. I don’t eat here often since I’m usually not in town during the week when they are open. But when I am this is my go to place for a sandwich. This time I had the Reuben with a side of potato salad. The pastrami, corned beef and chopped liver sandwiches are also great. Service is always fast and friendly even when crowded and street parking is never a problem.

I was surprised to find a Jewish deli in Pueblo. Really liked the turkey pastrami on rye and the potato salad side. The interior has a nice casual atmosphere. Can't wait to go back.

This was my 3rd or 4th time dining in. I've tried something different each time. The Lebanon bologna with havarti dill on sourdough was great! Thank you.

Sandwich and potato salad? Take it or leave it, honestly think there's better deals out there for sandwiches as these aren't super loaded up.The chicago dog and the black and white cookie was amazing though. Really good.

Possibly one of the best Rueben sandwiches I’ve had. Everyone enjoyed their food. Friendly staff

No toaster! Rye bread wasn't good and because not toasted, got gummed up on the roof of mouth and behind teeth. Go to Walmart and spend $50 on a toaster please! For crying out loud, you're a NY style deli.Dining room has no ambience. Just a big room filled with tables.

? % awesome!!!! Always treated well, and served fast! Still have alot of sandwiches to try, but it's piled high with good meats and cheese... so far my favorites are large turkey sandwich with Chipotle gouda, the spicy chicken with havarti dill, and Chicago dogs give a chase to margos Vienna in manitou springs....black n white cookies are A+++, and love the black cherry soda or root beer ?! In conclusion, this is a staple in pueblo! You pass by it? You missed out!Vegetarian options: Lots of good veggiesKid-friendliness: Everyone working there is awesome

Sandwich was decent. The restaurant is filthy tho. The carpet is the grossest, most filthy carpet ever. It's black from filthy and looks 60 years old. The walls and ceiling are just gross looking. If that's what the dining area looks like I would hate ti see what the back kitchen area looks like. Needs remode or at the least a deep, deep clean and at least get rid of that disgusting carpet.

We ordered a Ruben but instead got a soggy not toasted tiny piece of rye bread with meat, no sauerkraut and no cheese at a cost of $13.50.

Had the London Broil on sourdough, extra horse radish. Classic deli food. Fresh made to order, home made breads

I was in Pueblo for work and on my way back to Colorado Springs, I decided to look for a local sandwich shop. Schlepe's came up on Google as highly recommended. I must say that the environment was quaint, quiet, and comfortable. I really enjoyed my dining experience. They have a really good menu of sandwiches and other items. I had the pastrami sandwich. It was a little more expensive but it had a lot of meat and tasted amazing. I had the potato salad as a side. It had an interesting lemony flavor to it. I highly recommend Schlep's Sandwiches to anyone living in or visiting Pueblo. You will not regret this experience!

Best sandwich I've had in 20 years. I had a turkey pastrami on rye. Everything was very fresh & the lettuce was a nice leafy green lettuce. But the bread! Magnificent! They make it on site and you just don't find rye bread that fresh and expertly made anymore. It took me back to my childhood when food was homemade, fresh and frankly, better than what's out there now. This place is a real gem!
