My wife and I usually have a positive experience at Sonic. Lately we've gone there a few times only to find one person bringing the meals out and one other person doing the cooking and preparing. Not only is that not good service but it's dangerous for the workers.
I did the app and when I got to the location I pulled in a stall punch my stall number in to check in my name popped up on the screen where the stall was and I set there for over 20 minutes before I push the button to have the bring my food out and they said they didn't know I was there and they brought me the wrong food!

Everything about this visit was amazing. Food was hot, fresh and came QUICKLY! Customer Service was excellent, I think her name was Aileen. Very nice and cordial. Boom boom and home. We ordered the BBQ Cheeseburger and the Hatch burger ? ? with sides and drinks. Money well spent!
