ordered online the app did not state that the stalls were closed and drive through only, so pulled into stall was told to go through drive through to pick up my order there were 2 cars in front of me, my order pick up time was 843 pm I did not get my order until 910pm so my food sat there and got cold for over 20+ minutes.
Our order was wrong when we got home Noone will answer the phone and we waited forever and that's why we ordered ahead.

i ordered two medium cream slushes, they came out in the clear small see through cups but i was still charged almost 6 dollars each. ridiculous. came home started drinking mine and out of nowhere i almost chipped my tooth because there was a small brown chunk in my drink. i used to work at a sonic so i know that this is because the employees aren’t cleaning off the mixer after other shakes and blasts and i’m pretty sure it was a snickers piece so if i were to be allergic to peanuts than id be another level of angry.

Sometimes they are really busy and run slow, but they might be short of workers because people don't want to work anymore. People have become lazy after the covid came and changed so much . Things haven't been the same since then.
