The most chronically understaffed Subway, ever, anywhere. Numerous times have waited 20 mins+ just to even start an order. Today, 25 minutes into my 30 minute lunch break, I just left, and not returning. Thanks Subway-no lunch at all in the middle of a 10 hour day, appreciated… I’d suggest not wasting your time until management steps up its game and provides more help. Very poor leadership at this location, ineptitude for sure.

Eve, a worker not only forgot me in the drive thru but was extremely rude when I got upset. She took my order, then forgot my order and when I got upset about that too she called me rude and disrespectful and refused to serve me, even though SHE was the one being rude! Smirking and rolling her eyes, laughed when I got upset and said I could've gone inside no one told me to wait. Literally the worst experience and wasn't even the first time I got left in the drive thru.

Literally the best, our sandwich maker was Megan and she handled a group of highschoolers all alone so you know she’s the best ? shout out Megan for all your efforts I thought u we’re so cool again Megan she deserves a raise.

Went to get dinner. Last at window seemed annoyed I wanted a second to look at what they had, as they had a ton of new options. Says order when I'm ready, go to order and she says 'give me a minute' okay fine. Finally ready to take my order and says they don't take cash after 8, like what? Because you chose to count your drawer 2 hours before close, you lost out on an order. Will not be back because seriously, who does that?

Loved but needed more staff I see someone took my advice there are more friendly staff working there and the food is even better love this place everyone should eat hereDietary restrictions: I’m on a heart healthy renal and diabetic diet so all the low calorie options was great even though I eat regular sorry diet ? it will be okKid-friendliness: More kid options than I’ve seen before love it like milk and water and juicesWheelchair accessibility: I was in a wheelchair chair and I got in and out easily but what shocked me a staff member held the door for me I didn’t feel pity I felt like royalty ?!

My husband and I were out for a drive and decided to try this subway. Despite the bad reviews. We had ZERO issues, we waited maybe 5minutes! Staff was super friendly and quick! Subs were perfect, exactly what we ordered. We will be back for sure!
