Crystal is the worst, she always rushes us through our order then messes up our food. If you correct her or tell her it’s wrong and she slams things around.

The door is locked and you have to be buzzed in. The employees were not polite. They were out of ice tea at 6 o'clock. When I asked if they were going to make more. They rudely said no. They were still going to be open 3 more hours.

I am curious if the staff here know how to read, not only did they switch the bread on the 2 sandwiches I ordered they didn't toast one of them. I was literally the only order period, which I placed online, there were 0 customers in the store so the excuse if they were swamped and misread it is void. Word from the wise order from somewhere else.

This subway by far is my favorite. Was able to speak to the owner whom was very nice. Also the young lady making the sandwiches, bryanna, was so kind. She made the sandwiches perfectly and even suggested a new sandwich to try, which I loved.

Not sure if it was to close to closing time, but my sub looked as if it was just tossed on top of the bread before toasting all of the ingredients were placed directly on top of the fold instead of on top of the bottom of the bun and it was pure sloppy work.I will not return to this subway.
