I sent my rm maye to get us a foot long sub and sent a paper with a list of something different on each side well we got our food with the exact same thing on each side ,not wrapped separately, was disgusting!!! Said she closed in 20 min. This was at 7:40 and wasn't supposed to close till 10 pm!!! Was very upset ?! NO DINNER FOR US!!!!!!!

Stopped on our way through town. Waited over 25 minutes because the worker was on her phone. She never put it down through us ordering, which she left in the middle of, to us paying and getting our food. The food was normal Subway food but the sauce was skimpy and she didn't even cut the foot longs. She might have been having a bad night but it was a very rude experience.

I took my daughters there for lunch and it was nice. I was a little frustrated with one of the employees because I had a $50 bill in the middle of the day at lunch time and he wouldn't accept it. So I had to scrounge for smaller bills and change to pay the bill. But aside from that, it was a good experience. The food was good. The staff was nice and the restaurant was completely clean.

They need to staff and equip this store better. And train their employees better. I ordered online, went to pick it up and the guy couldn't even answer the drive-thru intercom to say he needed me to go inside. Didn't even get my damn food and forget calling the manager! They're nowhere to be found!
