Good food ok for a quick lunch, I told them not to microwave or toast the sandwich so what does he do tosta the bread with the cheese! URGH!!!! CAN'T PEOPLE LISTEN!

Management was horrible. Only had one employee working and could definitely see the struggle they had! Manager did come in and left the employee by themself with no help seeing they were slammed with customers. The employees are very nice! One in particular was very rude and had nothing prepped. You could over hear her talking nonsense about her customers and employees. Everyone could hear her! When the one employee made my order wrong she then throws attitude and makes me a new one way worse than before. If I had knew my other sandwich would come out better than the 2nd I would have took the first one instead. Everything else was good besides that. Never had any problems here at this store some of greeted me as soon as I went into the store. the employees are very welcoming.

Very poor service they say they're open at 9:00 but if you go there by 10:30 you could be waiting up to 15 minutes while there's a sign saying someone's going to the bathroom this is probably the second time I've been turned away from this location and living within a block it's pretty disappointing because I guess I just won't be going to the subway anymore because they never have people here and I they just don't want to make money so if you want a good dining experience it's best to say go down the road because the subway over on the east side is just never open
I wasn't happy with the sandwiches I bought last night for dinner I ordered an American Teriyaki Chicken and not paying attention to how it was made she used dried out rottesry chicken breast and then I ordered a American Ham Turkey Bacon footlong and the bacon wasn't cooked very well and the mayonnaise was spoiled tasting and whenever my dogs won't eat them then there's definitely something wrong it's my fault for talking to the other employee and not paying attention to the employee making my sandwiches but buyer be careful and make sure that you pay attention to everythingVegetarian options: Even though I'm not a vegetarian they do offer sandwiches that can be made all vegetarianWheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible the parking lot is kinda small but it's a good place for you to get into the store in your chair

I went in yesterday with my kids to get us some food there were only 2 employees one was sitting down doing nothing the other was working like crazy to get the line down and the Togo orders made. I gave 5 stars only because of her efforts.

This location is always understaffed. They don't do online orders first so walk ins is recommended. Lines are big at this location due to staffing. Expect at least a 30 minute wait at lunch
