Total disappointment...! Normally, I would provide positive feedback for a dine-in visit at Sushi Garden, Pueblo but unfortunately, it was NOT the case for yesterday's visit (3/25/24) Instead, it was the worst experience ever and to make matters worse it was supposed to be a joyous and memorable day in celebration of my granddaughter's 9th birthday. We arrived at 6:12 PM and were seated within a resonable time (6:20 PM - station 01) but went down hill from there... Our server (Destiny) did not arrive to our table until approximately 35-40 minutes after being seated, apologized for the long wait but had only requested drink orders at that time. Drinks were served (10-15 min.) but only to be inconvinced with yet another 30-35 minute wait. As we continued to sit there waiting we realized that we had been waiting for over an hour. It was then, that I decided to contact another local sushi restaurant to try to save the night for my sweet granddaughter's sake and with Sushi Garden (server Destiny) from completely ruining her special day.Walked over to the register to pay for our drinks and to notify "we're leaving do to the extremely long wait (poor service) and with NO food being ordered" we see that Destiny (our assigned server) was also scheduled to work the register. She apologized yet again and stated "I'm trying to do my best" I acknowledged with "I understand but we've been patiently waiting for over an hour, and if you felt overwhelmed and knew you needed help then you should've reached out to management or other staff members (servers) to assist instead of inconveniencing your customers and leaving them unattended. No response. Instead she just cashed us out (7:34 PM) and yet, only to realize when arriving home that Destiny overcharged me for my beer (odered small but was charged for large). Would have caught it sooner when leaving but had to rush out to make it to the other restaurant on-time. Shame on you Destiny! And shame on management for not ensuring stations (servers) are being managed and assigned properly.Lastly, I attempted to contact management today (3/26/24) to let them be aware of the situation but was unable to do so since they have blocked all incoming calls. It's a shame that a restaurant such as Sushi Garden provides great food has such poor service and poor management.I thank the other Sushi restaurant, I believe 'Suehiro' (downtown Pueblo - owner Judy) for saving my granddaughter's special day and for their excellent customer service!

Waitress Annette, I believe it was... she's amazing. Friendly and she caught my daughter before walking out because she'd forgotten her jacket.

They should call it Sushi Lounge.But seriously it feels more like a club or lounge , lights are low, tables are intimate, subconsciously looking for the dance floor and pondering my drink order.However,Friendly knowledge waitress, excellent service and great Sushi.I will say it again. The Sushi was excellent .Will definitely be back.Oh, try the Mango Roll, it's "Oh Wow!" Good...

Don't order out, but honestly doubt going in would be any better. The beef in the bento was burnt, dry, and gross, the tempora shrimp looked like they bought the smallest ones they could, and the sushi is subpar. I do not recommend this place. I now have more to add, my br waited 3 minutes while the girl stared at the computer no greeting at all, when he was like hello can I get my pick up order? And she replied with hold on I'm putting this order in. Great could have greeted him when he came in. We waisted $80 bucks for a bunch of disappointment.

Wow, I'm so sad! Please avoid! We ordered from here about 6 months ago, and it was promising. Something has changed, dramatically! Today was my birthday. Ordered 6 rolls to go. Queens, Dragon, Pikes Peak, California, Salmon nigiri and something else. 1. Prices are different from their website. Service was friendly and food was quick but the quality of the food was the worst I've ever experienced. In fact I would take Sam's Club sushi over this (and I think Sam's sushi is pretty terrible). The sushi did not taste fresh. The salmon was NOT fresh, it tasted like it was defrosted, watery with a strange texture nothing remotely similar to sushi grade salmon. Will not be returning and would not recommend. Honestly wish I could get my money back it was that bad.

$30 for a roll and bento. Took it to go put it in a hot/cold bag to keep it warm even tho I live less than a mile from the restaurant. The roll was delicious the bento not so much. The beef was ice cold not even warm the tempera was soggy. Would have bin a one star if the roll was bad and the girl helping me was nice. Would not recommend this place. It used to be the go to place for sushi.

Food is great but the waitress was higher than a kite. Her eyes were barely open and she was stumbling around. It was comical to watch but also concerning since she gets in her vehicle without a license and drives home endangering innocent drivers. I know the managers see her behavior. How is she still working there?

Amazing price for some amazing sushi. If you're not a fan of rice they have a roll wrapped with cucumber with salmon tuna and avocado with an amazing sauce on it. It's very quite kinda dark but super relaxing. Really sweet servers and food is pretty quick. I'd highly recommend. Psa(the outside looks a lot worse than the inside. Looks are definitely deceiving.)
