Are you kidding me???? Every drop of food we ordered was absolutely terrible! Zero lettuce on any taco. No cheese on anything! Nothing better than a taco with almost meat. And I’m saying, it was a tortilla with a spoonful of meat. Nothing else. Burritos had no cheese. Just beans. Thank god I ordered a deluxe. How can you order 10 things and nothing was made right? Really? Lettuce is the cheapest thing in a taco. You can’t even do that? They wouldn’t let me talk to a manager. All I wanted to do was let them know as a business owner myself that there was some issues. But when nobody wanted to talk to me??? Nope. No lettuce. No cheese. Spent $25 on tortillas and corn taco shells.

Went through the drive through late Saturday night. Ordered 2 taco supremes and 2 regular burritos with extra onions and extra cheese got home and realized I had 2 regular tacos and 2 regular burritos. How disappointing. I Checked the receipt to make sure I ordered right, which I did.I was charged for what I ordered. Triedcalling the store and they didn't answer.

I cannot give service nor atmosphere any marks at all- I was traveling down south yesterday afternoon and we stopped by the Taco Bell on Southgate Place in Pueblo and the womans bathroom was so disgusting! There wasn’t a customer in the store besides us so being busy wasn’t the reason. I asked who the Mgr was so that I could call today because I could tell there wasn’t a Mgr there- the young man who approached me, and I use that term very loosely, as he was extremely rude to me from the beginning, said he was acting Mgr - I have worked in the food industry for 20+ years and that was one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to. He should be fired and you should get on your other employee’s about the cleanliness of the store and respectfulness towards customers. ~BN

Best Tacobell in town. They don't skimp on the food. We got exactly what we paid for and haoog about it. Nice to see a Tacobell not skimp on their product.Parking: Plenty of parking in a nice part of town
This is one of the better Taco Bell around. The food is always hot and fresh. The workers are mostly friendly. Reduced one star because pretty much always have to wait a long time to get food here. But that's probably because they are the best Taco Bell in Pueblo.

Everytime me and my fiance come here they are always out of every single option we want. But we always give it the benefit of the doubt but this time was not worth it at all. Spent 35 dollars on food that wasn't even correct and not up to standards. I order the Mexican pizza combo with 2 Doritos tacos and I only receive one taco. My fiance ordered the chapula box with the Doritos taco as well and it came as a normal one. Not to mention all the tacos were supposed to be supreme but they were not. My fiance also got 2 beefy 5 layer burritos that were smaller than then bean and cheese burritos. I'm severely disappointed in the quality of this store and that was definitely the worst 35 dollars we ever spent. We love going to Taco Bell just never again at this location. I'm tired of paying for food I don't get. The only good thing I have about this location is that the person at the window helping us was very polite and helpful.

I was about 4 bites in when I looked down at my grilled cheese nacho fries ? and saw a nasty clump of hair in my food. This wasn't a strand of hair or an eyelash or something. I'm talking about a clump of hair that you'd see in a shower drain. To the point where I don't even know how that could have been an accident. I have no idea why anyone would want to mess with my food, I don't personally know anyone there and I'm always polite, my order is always simple etc. but it was a lot of hair and it was absolutely disgusting. Either someone put it in there on purpose or it fell on the floor and someone picked it up and served it to me anyway. I didn't bother to complain. I don't want the meal replaced. If someone there is doing nasty stuff to the food, or the standards are THAT low, then I don't want to eat anything that comes out of that kitchen. I understand that mistakes happen, my expectations are reasonable, this same location had a 5 star review from me on here for years but I was so grossed out by tonight that I was compelled to change that to one star immediately.

Website says open untill 2AM. I work long days and odd hours. I stoped by this morning at 01:26 AM drive thru light was lit and said "drive thru open". I pulled up waited patiently for 2 minuets and respectfully asked if anyone is there, I got no response. I pulled thru the drive thru to the window and seen they turned the "drive thru open" sign off. If you guys close at 01:30 please update your hours. The only reason I am leaving this review is this has happend multiple times at this specific location. I am unpleased and let down once again. Please be honest with your customers, it goes a long ways.
