We all know Taco bells to be a go-to place but I don't know about you guys but it seems like every time I go I'm always missing at least one item or no hot sauce this time it was the cheese sauce which is not a big deal but still if I pay for it I won't I guess but didn't care enough to call it in lol All in all is still a go to place for a quick bite to eat

Worst service ever... It's ridiculous that a person has to wait 15mins for ground beef and to be accused of lying after they don't notify people at the speaker of items they are out of and don't offer replacements. Mgrs or crew doesn't have name tags and refuse to give out their names to file a complaint, instead they threaten customers. Don't appreciate the unprofessionalism and having my food thrown in a bag etc...

This is probably the worst Taco Bell in Pueblo every single time we go there they mess up our order somehow other day I got a burrito supreme with green sauce and they didn’t even put any sauce in it. They always forget the sauce somehow and sometimes they get nervous about who’s preparing the

The managers are rude, unprofessional and will not want to listen to complaints. Food preparation is terrible!! A bean burrito had 1/2 red sauce and 1/2 beans and was so runny it oozed out of the burrito. A taco was not wrapped and was laying completely open in the wrapper. Merely trying to lift this out of the bag resulted in the contents falling out of the taco. I absolutely refuse to return to this store! I will travel twice the distance to another location!!

Ordered a three meal soft taco. Haha ? I got a floured tortilla shell (3) of them a teaspoon of meat half a teaspoon of lettuce a quarter size teaspoon of onion some cheese paid $1.95 each for sour cream bought 2 and a water down drink all for $ 13.00 for nothing!!.Parking: I turned into drive through which I almost got high centered because of curb driveway curb. You can't turn In to this drive through it is way to little and narrow. Don't go through it!

We ordered a taco party pack and went home to find no lettuce in any of our tacos when I called to report they said someone should have informed me that they ran out of lettuce which they did not otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered the tacos. This the third time this has happened that they don’t inform a person about running out of lettuce, seems they are always short of items and they won’t even offer a discount they want to charge you full 23$ for tacos that barley had any meat with no lettuce.

We went through on our 30 minute break...and whoever was at the drive through couldn't even get our order right and kept asking us to repeat ourself and then we drive up to the window and they have the audacity to hand us a bag of 2 tacos when we got 2 5$ meals...15 minutes later the manager hands us our money back and slammed the window in our faces!rude and stupid service
