I would fire everyone working on Apr 23, 2024. It's unbelievable people ignore customers and don't wrap food properly. Then run out of salsa. The empathy of workers & abundance of I don't give d....! Won't be back!!!!

I don't know why they advertise coffee drinks, no Taco Bell ever has coffee. I stopped by for breakfast and ordered a crunch wrap. This thing was sooo tiny and barely had any filling. For $6 they HAVE to do better than this.

these people are really rid off my bad really on for 45.00 and 35.00 fo telling got for your taco bell and leaving a taco bell does at it for 4500 and a one first at 35.00 you cant tell any of for your dash door bad way to you havent called me ripped off any timesw in taco bell and in giing you to call and attorney and a love for showing your rip hate to a command at 2:00 i will show police and your way of charging way after the charge that speak english for any trying to and i am calling door dash as well as i court me play you ripping off me.

Really disappointed by my recent visit to this location in Pueblo Colorado on Elizabeth Street near Hwy 50.1st thing I noticed was the restrooms were very bad, the lobby was dirty, and the ice for the soda machine wasn't giving ice so everyone had to ask for ice from drive-up employee who was workingfront counter and drive-up while severalother people were in the office and further back in the rear of the restaurant. The floor in front of the soda machine was super sticky from sodas being spilled and nobody cleaned the entire time we were there.My special needs son ask to be let into the restroom and nearly messed himself because he was told to wait and never let in until I walked up and insisted on someone letting him in.An elderly man, maybe 70 years old was rude to me and my 81 tear old mom for asking to use the restroom as if it was a big deal to Accomadate us.Really sad that because maybe the location is hard on the restaurant itself because of alot of homelessness and other issues, I feel maybe a manager's presence could have helped a lot, and I believe that manager never showed their face or assisted in any way.....very sad experience.We won't be going there ever again.
