I went there for lunch with my husband and ordered the fish tacos. My husband got the Ruben which he was happy with, and the fries were good, however, it seemed like no one had ever ordered these tacos before, the waitress was confused and said this "was a first". In hindsight, I should've ordered something else at that point. The options were fresh fish or shrimp tacos, it said something along the lines of being proud of the freshness on the menu, it was supposed to come with coleslaw pico and cilantro lime sauce, sounded delicious... but I got sad luke warm shrimp tacos instead. Told the waitress this wasn't what I ordered and she told me the chef said they only served shrimp tacos... I felt like if this conversation was had with the chef I would have appreciated being told, would've saved food and time. I explained I would have ordered something else if I'd had known, she asked if I'd like to order something else and I did. The sausage grinder I got was ok, but by that time my husband was done eating, it took a while to get a replacement dish. This was my first time here and there were just small things here and there that added up to a bad lunch... There was no BBQ sauce, she brought the wrong dressing for my salad, our waters were empty most of the time we were eating, then the tacos on top of that the waitress was just not very helpful. She did apologize but it felt more of an inconvenience, and she did comp the tacos which was expected seeing as it wasn't what I ordered. I don't leave reviews this long or this bad, but I'm hoping the owner will see this and it'll be helpful, I'd want to know if I owned a restaurant. I changed my review from a 1 start to a 3 because I felt like I was still freshly put off when I reviewed, but after reflecting I didn't think it was fair since my husband did enjoy his food and there was an attempt to remedy the situation. Better communication would have gone a long way.

Came here for the breakfast buffet with a friend, the price was great but the eggs were a bit overdone. Overall, $17 for the buffet and $12 for bottomless mimosas is hard to beat!

I read so many great things about this golf course that when my husband and I decided to do a golf loop around the state of Colorado, I wanted to include it. The course itself was in great shape, both fairways and greens. Two reasons for the three-star rating; the first is the pace of play. Granted it was a Sunday, but the round was nearly six hours. We did not see one ranger during the entire 18 holds. The second reason was service. We saw the bar cart once on the second hole; she said she would see us, 'every three or four holes', but we never saw her again. The snack shack was also closed. Nice course, take your own refreshments and plan for a long round.
