Hands down, best coffee in Pueblo. Vicy and her team are SO creative and their love for all things coffee and food shines. The place is beautiful inside, and the crew is all amazing…full of life and joy and all the good stuff. Good vibes all around. 11/10 recommend

What a beautiful place! It’s usually somewhat crowded so I’m glad for their business. I’m usually not a fan of flavored coffee but I’ve had great experiences with most of their flavors! And the food is also quite delicious.Vegetarian options: Most dishes are vegetarian. Staff are flexible and will adapt some dishes to be vegetarian

I love The Sacred Bean! Their special was a pistachio, pear, ricotta toast with honey, bee pollen and flower petals. Side of berries and an americano, and it was DIVINE as always. Lovely on the sidewalk seating in the spring sun. I’ve been Sunday morning early, and they’re kind to serve food before their “kitchen” is open as they get it ready.

If you want one of the best coffee and good experiences in Pueblo, this is your spot. The beautiful pours of coffee are just a cherry on top with how delicious they are. Imagine drinking the best pistachio latte you’ve ever had, and it also looks like a work of art!The pastries are always AMAZING and I’m not even vegan, but often eat their vegan options because they’re so dang good. Go check them out! Hurry!Also, I added a photo that looked a lot like my latte pour but isn’t mine because my phone takes awful pictures.
