The restaurant could use an update, and the staff needs to clean the food from the floors after a table leaves. The pies are amazing!

The waitresses were sweet and attentive, but Rosa (the host) was rude and wouldn’t even smile or say hello, she made the visit very uncomfortable.

Service was great, place was clean, quiet, and efficient. My daughter hurt herself and the server was very kind and helped calm her down and make her feel better.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menus and options.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables are spaced well apart with multiple tables that would work for wheelchair users.

Ordered Bacon Lovers BLT with fries, bread was toasted perfect, good ¾" of layered bacon. They're Ruben on Marbeled Rye, which is excellent as well.

Never again terrible service, the food gave my husband and I food poisoning,I ordered a medium steak, not one time did the server ever ask if it was prepared correct the food was dropped on the table along with a check,to bad if I needed anything else, only went to have a pie and coffee, sadly wasn't even allowed to ask for that until I walked to the register,I'm hundred percent certain that this is how any one of color is treated. As wait staff spent lots of time with the white folk racism is real at this restaurant

Would have been 5 stars but was told a side tortilla was $6...I just wanna eat my breakfast w green chile and a tortilla for something reasonable. A tortilla is not worth that sorry.

The best place ever for pie and coffee! It is surprising to me how few places serve pie anymore - but Village Inn does. A pie is only as good as its crust and the crust on their pies is wonderfully flakey and flavorful - not cake-y and tasteless. Their apple pie is my favorite but I've had some of their others (French silk, lemon meringue, pecan) and they are all excellent. Service is always prompt and cheerful. Don't pass this by. . . Other menu items live up to the same standard - which is high!

The server didn't take our order for at least a half an hour. It took close to an hour to get our food. The guy that came in at the same time was done and left by the time we got our food. The food was good but the service needs to improve. There were only two of us so not sure why we didn't get good service. Don't go there unless you have a couple of hours.

I usually like coming here and have always had a good experience but tonight was not the best. My parents and I were waiting over an hour for our food and finally just had to leave because our waiter came out saying that our order was lost and we were probably going to have to wait longer. I have never had to leave a restaurant before because it was taking so long for food. We also had to get a hold of a diffrent waitress to ask about our food because ours never checked on us or gave us updates.Everyone was really nice though and it probably won't stop me from trying out the restaurant again. It could have just been a rough night and maybe the waiter was new. :)

Our server was very friendly and very helpful. Checked on us frequently, but not too much. We left full and satisfied with the meal. And bonus, they brought back the chocolate peanut butter cup pie (maybe only seasonal). We took a whole one home with us. Woohooo!
