Food was cold and fries were crunchy, employees were trash talking in the kitchen, people dining were talking trash not minding their own business. We’ve dined here before and it was great. I’m a good tipper and village inn will no longer get our money. I was not that hungry before we dined here and we had to leave today because it was so thick with malice. Please train your employees better so that others don’t have this experience.

Worst expierience in my life xant get clear communication on anything they sell pies hut then can't be clear about what they have its stupid and than tries to help someone else without being clear about the pies they have available so we can purchase and leave so stupid will not be back any time soon maybe when they hire some decent employees that know how to have a conversation

my son and I recently dined in. The Air conditioner was on full blast my son and I were freezing. I kindly asked an employee (Mag) excuse me is the air conditioner on? her reply, yes and there's nothing I can do about it I'm not a manager and waked away. I thought it was rude and our food grew cold. we will not eat here again its an uncomfortable way to eat dinner. and staff was rude. our waiter was very kind but Mag was unprofessional and our food was cold.

The cooking at this restaurant has gone way down in the past couple or three months. Don't know why. Plus, the male server today was a bit of an idiot. Not very impressive. Used to be my go to place, but not any more.

Review pending refund: Didn’t want to have to do this but when you find a long hair cooked into your eggs and a black eyelash cooked into your bacon then you’re going to lose your appetite. The waitress remade it almost immediately but I was afraid to eat anything there afterwards. When the waitress was I was done she asked if I wanted a box and I said no, that honestly I lost my appetite. She told me that the cashier would take off the meal but when I got to the register she refused. Said the best she could do was take off $3.00 and even that was a right. Never will I ever eat at this place again. Hair in my food, didn’t eat and still had to pay for it. Straight disgusting and bad business and no customer service.

Hit and miss here. Mostly hit except breakfast. Hash browns are always still cold in middle. You can ask till you turn blue they will be cold. Must be a running joke

We always have enjoyed eating at a Village Inn on our travels! After moving to Colorado we found the one in Peublo ad had to go in for breakfast. The waitress was outstanding but that didn't help when the food came. It was not the worst but diffently not even moderate. The eggs and hash were burned. Don't think I'll be back again since they're other places for much better breakfast.

Worst experience ever. The server was rude and annoyed at serving a party of 4, the manager took 15 minutes to come over once we requested her with the food being incorrect and she couldn’t be bothered. She said “we will clear your plates” and started removing plates before we even had a chance to say anything else or ask for our food to be corrected.

Went for a family dinner, the staff was super nice and attentive. Disappointed that the bathrooms are not family friendly. It's hard finding places to enjoy with a little one. But other than the lack changing tables. Everything was great.
