Waited for 15 mins and no one answered, so I moved to a different ordering station. Called a car hop over and let them know I'd been there additional 5 mins. She apologized and made the statement they just got to the one I was at. They were short handed for whatever reason. Then after another 5 mins they took my order. After I ordered they told me it would be a while and if I wanted to still order. So I stated I'd been there that long, why would I leave now. Here's my problem. Why wasn't my tater tots hot if I was waiting on them to catch up. This I feel like shouldn't been acceptable. 45 mins later I took the food and left. Ugh.

Unfortunately, I was informed their ice cream machine had been broke for 4 days. Therefore, I would not be able to obtain my banana shake I drove 10 miles for. Also, a hot fudge Sunday was jeopardized as it was my next purchase...

We love our Rocky Ford Sonic. Great customer service, good food, Heavenly ice, we've never had any issues, fo th most part. Our order has always been right on. Pretty much no issues with any of our orders.Vegetarian options: We love the pretzel twists, and you can order items with or without things you like or don't like. I love the marinara sauce with my pretzel twists. We love our sonic!!!Dietary restrictions: Any item on the menu you can order it to your liking. We use the app for ordering. When it's working it works great. When the app isn't working it can be frustrating. The food is well worth it.Parking: Individual carhop parking.Wheelchair accessibility: I don't see steps anywhere and have never had a problem with parking.

If I could give zero stars I would. The food was terrible it was cold and nasty. Milkshake were runny and melted. I don't know who owns this Sonic and who manages it but you should be embarrassed by the food you send out. We had a couple of bites of our food and tossed it out. We won't be back.

I would give zero stars if I could. Takes them an hour to take your order, cold food, order was all wrong. Manager had attitude, gave another wrong sandwich, and still never received my tots or drink I paid for! The manager has really bad customer service and obviously doesn't want to work there.

Absolutely the worst. waited over 30 minutes just to order! ended up leaving and drivMing the extra 15 minutes to Lajunta. just save yourself the hassle and drive a little bit farther to Lajunta. that sonic is much better.

Staff was generally nice. The intercom was broken, but we got the order in. The coffee was room temperature so we ordered coke instead of waiting. The breakfast burritos were ok and the tots were good.Overall a middling experience. I think I will go to La Junta Sonic next time around.
