This was our 3rd time at Gabriel's. Clearly one of the best restaurants in the Castle Rock area. The food, ambience, etc. is all top notch and I would recommend this restaurant for special occasions, a great meal out or even for the bistro with live music!

Gabriels is our "go to" place for our anniversary and our birthday celebration. The Veal Saltimbocca is our entree of choice nearly every time. There is outdoor seating in summer months, but we prefer the "old house" which has an interesting history. Service there is the best!! Parking is easy and convenient.

We had a fabulous anniversary dinner at Gabriel's last night. The succulent lamb was the highlight of our 3-course dinner in The Old House, and it was cooked to perfection. Another plus was our server Vera, who was so knowledgeable and pleasant. She helped make this such a special evening!

Impeccable service by Vera!! Can't brag enough about her! Each course was meticulously prepared with fresh ingredients and a beautiful presentation! Already planning our next visit! Thank you!!

Easter Brunch was amazing. The victorian house environment was perfect for the holiday. Staff was attentive and the food was outstanding. The price was shockingly reasonable, especially compared to other restaurants in the south suburbs. I haven't been to Gabriel's in several years but I'm definitely going back!

The music keyboard/singer was too loud. Made it difficult to have dinner conversation. Too often, in a quality place (like Gabriel's) the performer fails to understand that he's not a ‘concert' performance. He should be soothing background music , to enjoy while dining and enjoying conversation. Everything else about our visit was exceptional, except this issue.

First time we've been there in 6 years. It's still quite expensive, but in the past it was worth it. This time not so much. Ordered a filet mignon cooked medium and it came out very rare. No problem, just sent it back to bring it up to the proper temperature. When it came back about 10 minutes later, it was still rare, just a bit more cooked, and the rest of the plate was cold. They did offer to cook something else, but by then the other meal we ordered was also cold and our special anniversary date was pretty much ruined. We very politely expressed that to the waiter, and their solution was to credit back the filet and take the other uneaten meal away, but still charge for it. Bottom line is we paid almost $150 for half a bottle of wine and two salads. They did comp us a dessert, so there was that. No manager came out, the waiter disengaged, and nobody seemed to care. Such a disappointment. After nearly 30 years of going there, I'm not sure we'll go back.

Quaint, beautifully restored house by the railroad tracks-- Fun seeing and hearing the occasional train go by! Perfect food and marvelous service! Best Fettuccine Alfredo that I have ever tasted! They really work hard to please the customer here!

We always have a great experience.are Gabriels. Both of us had mahi mahi and it was superb. Presentation was wonderful and the waiter was very attentive and filled our needs promptly. The meal was worth every penny for our meals.

The food was great! Vera was there for all of our needs so the service was spectacular. And it's one of the few restaurants where I can have a pleasant and peaceful conversation without trying to talk over everyone else.

Gabriel's Restaurant is a hidden treasure in Sedalia, Colorado. The Prime Rib Happy Hour features drink and appetizer discounts, but most outstanding is the 10 oz. prime rib dinner for $32. ($42 for 16oz) with salad, mashed potatoes, broccolini and bread. It is offered Wed-Fri from 4-6. We thoroughly enjoyed a birthday celebration there, complete with a serenade from the featured guitarist! We would recommend Gabriel's for its food, ambiance and attentive service. It offers a unique dining experience in an elegant setting!

This restaurant was extraordinary, the history here is really awesome, the service was impeccable, the food was gorgeously balanced when it comes to flavor and presentation. I was very impressed in this small historic town. 10/10
