Great food! Wings are fresh, nice juicy meat and chard ski. Burgers were huge and cooked just the way we like them. They weren't greasy and neither of us felt guilty or gross afterwards, like most burgers do.Service was awesome and they stayed open just a bit longer for us. They really made us feel like family.

The atmosphere was cool, I liked the paintings on the wall. The ramen and chicken were disappointing. The chicken was smoked really well and super tender, but it was drowned in bland gravy. Without the gravy it would have been great. The ramen was a disappointing portion for what the price was. It was also extremely salty and had very little meat. The pricing was horrible for the amount you received. Almost 30$ for the ramen and 24$ for the chicken. They were very skimpy with the sides, especially for how much they cost. The service was ok, it was our servers first day so no complaints really. It was very dark inside, but that is probably for the ambiance they are going for. Overall, good atmosphere, expensive and very okay food, and ok service

Best food in summit county, without a doubt. We have been here so many times and its always really good. everything tastes fresh and made from scratch. Service is always really good as well.

I did takeout. I ordered the Ginger Zoodle bowl and avocado egg rolls. I was shocked when it came to $46. Not worth that but it was tasty.
So a few things. First of all, the food was wonderful and well worth the price. They offer a wide selection of options at carrier price points. I also like the variety of small plate options for those who don't need a full meal. With that said, I felt that the corner we ate in was quite dark and we needed flashlights to read the menus, so adding more lighting in a few areas that need it would be helpful. We also felt that some of the seating wasn't super comfortable but these are minor things and we loved our time at this place.Dietary restrictions: Some gf options

Eclectic offers an excellent menu with tons of options for everyone (even kids). The mushroom goat cheese burger was absolutely fantastic and large enough for 2 meals. Great date night spot in Denver or just going out with a group of friends. Drinks are excellent. Don’t forget to buy the kitchen staff a drink!Parking: Sometimes tough to find parking in their lot, parking on the street near the restaurant though.

Was seeking a place in Silverthorn for lunch. Came upon the "Eclectic Bar and Grill. Friendly welcoming from the staff. Ordered two of their Hamburgers, side salad, avocado egg rolls and fries. Entrees were well presented and portions were generous. Quality of the food was also delicious. Again the wait staff was friendly and accommodating. Recommend Eclectic Bar and Grill for a welcoming atmosphere, with quality and generous entrees.
