Stopped by here on the way back to Denver and so impressed! Extremely friendly service from the host to the server! Patio was dog friendly and it was so nice being next to the river. This will definitely be our go to place when we’re in the area.

2nd visit: simply amazing, stick with the proteins, pasta not so much...1st visit: Mussels as appetizer, penne w vodka sauce, and Rigatoni w sausage, cant even see the meat protein, very disappointing, waitress was rushing, trying to turn tables, asked for balsamic for the bread, she brought out something that looked liked grape jelly, overpriced pastas dishes, should have ordered the steak filet, or the NY Strip that was a special tonight....

My husband ordered the mussels appetizer for his entree and we were shocked to see there were only 6 mussels in the bowl! $22 for such a skimpy bowl of mussels was ridiculous!

Olesia served us amazing, she is very sweet. The food was amazing, we order pizza and pasta and the taste was so good. We have not been in an Italian restaurant like this in USA ever. We are from Orland Florida and if you visit Silverthorne don’t hesitate to visit Sauce on the Blue.

Service was excellent and quick. The fettuccine alfredo and sausage rigatoni were very bland. Definitely expected more for $80 worth of pasta.
Pretty good pasta and pizza, but nothing special and it felt slightly overpriced for what it is.

Lovely restaurant. We arrived without a reservation and they made a space for us. We ordered pesto mussels as a starter, the ravioli recommended by the chef and for dessert blueberry chess cake which was by far the best of my life. It was an incredible dinner!!!!

This restaurant makes you wonder if you should have ever given any other restaurants 5 stars. But then you realize this one should just get bonus points or something. We are from Florida and went here. We were blessed to dine in one of the yurts, which believe it or not we don't have at home. We felt special. We have a great time. The service and food was wonderful. We appreciated the family serving. What a memorable experience!!Stop overthinking dinner and head there now.
