The owner was in there by himself taking orders and making orders and absolutely killing it! It was genuinely the BEST freakin pizza I have ever had. We originally went in on Saturday, and it was so good that we went back on Sunday and brought more people with us to try the amazing pizza! This was my very first time to steamboat and everything else about the town made me not want to come back, but I know I WILL. Just for this pizza. Thank you Beau Jo's! ?

Delicious pizza spot in the middle of downtown Steamboat. They have 2 options - a thinner more traditional style crust and their Colorado style crust, which is thick and kinda twisted. We went with the Colorado crust and they serve it with honey for dipping. It's like having dessert with your dinner. We had a really good Caesar salad as well.As with all restaurants on SB, the place is a bit small, so sometimes you have to wait a bit for a table, but the food is worth it. It's a counter order place, then they bring the pizza to your table.Would definitely eat here again the next time we are in Steamboat.Vegetarian options: There are different salad options as well as traditional vegetarian pizza toppings

That's gonna be a No. My $20 chicken parm wasn't as good as a $5 microwave Mary Claire's dinner. That added on top that we were standing under the "order here" sign for about 8 minutes before the second person that walked past the said something and helped us.
