Definitely expect a line here, but that’s because Colorado Bagel Co. only offers the highest quality bagels and sandwiches west of the Rockies. I’d consider myself more of a bagel purist, but the Jalapeño Cheddar bagel is outstanding.

Excellent variety of bagel flavors and cream cheese spreads. We especially loved the Asiago pepper bagel and the avocado sun dried tomato cream cheese. Tuscan sandwich was great. Speedy service, friendly staff. Great mountain town bagel.

Wow. Okay, their bagels are fabulous, and they have great coffee too, but the pizza is amazing. First of all, one pizza is multiple meals, we ate it for days... reheats great, so delicious. Be sure to get over there during your time in Steamboat!

What!?! Really?!? Unbelievable Detroit style pizza (They call it Mountain man pizza). This is by far the best pizza in Steamboat and it's not even close. The crust was perfectly browned and crispy with the dark crispy cheese baked into the crust. I got some bagels earlier in the week (they were fantastic btw) and saw they made this pizza. I obviously had to make a trip back to try this gem. Apparently they have just recently started making this pizza and I am making a prediction now and you heard it here first, these guys are going to open up a Detroit style pizza place because they're going to get too busy to be able to keep up at the bagel shop! MARK MY WORDS! The pizza is 14"x 10", sliced into eight pieces and heavy so it will easily feed three normal people. Oh and the service was fantastic as well. She took a lot of time to explain the pizza as well as the garlic knots and salads that they offer as well.

Great bagels, day old $5 dozen can't be beat but u need to be there when they open at 7am to get them.
We ordered ahead of time for a scheduled pick up at 9:20am and we sure skipped the line that was all the way out the door! Checked in at the register and they were finishing our order up. Great time management here. Delicious bagels. I had turkey sausage breakfast everything bagel which I customized with smoked Gouda and it was delicious! The blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese was declared the best bagel on earth by my partner!

The bagel and cream cheese was delicious and the staff was very friendly, helpful and made the food quickly. Only thing was it was more expensive that expected. Could just be that everything is expensive these days, but it surprised me the cost of 2 bagels and cream cheese and coffee.

Quick and incredible breakfast / lunch spot. I was shocked by the amount of options available - truly whatever you are in the mood for - it is available. I opted for a bagel sandwich with Turkey and some other toppings and thought the bagel was cooked to perfection. The restaurant truly seemed to strive for quality and efficiency as super important for a quick lunch spot.
