Cross contamination and the lack of quality control seems to be the theme for this Sub Shop . Not one of the employees had gloves on and were continuously touching personal phones , counter tops , cash , and other non food related items and then handling food with no regard for cleanliness . My first visit will be my last considering the disgusting quality control or lack there of. When I got home I noticed with no surprise that they had messed up my order . I had asked for no lettuce or cheese on my sub and sure enough there was an excess of both and not much else on the Sub . The cheese was melted over everything and the lettuce was wilted beyond anything that would be considered edible. The very young staff were very friendly when I called to let them know and they offered to give me a free Sub for the mistake , but the thought of actually eating something that came from this shop makes me gag . There is potential for this shop to make great food , but not at the hands of the current employees and the management clearly doesn't care enough to enforce any form of standards. I come across hundreds of people everyday in my profession and people ask me all the time where is a great place to eat and I can say for certain I will never suggest this Sub Shop and would highly discourage anyone from stepping foot inside .

Great place for a sandwich after a day of skiing. Staff is always super nice and the food is great!Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options.
Best sandwich shop in town. I find myself visiting 4 times a week for either breakfast or lunch. If you get the toastie Carnitas I recommend getting the tomato bisque to accompany it as it is amazing to dip in. Absolutely heavenly on the taste buds. All breakfast sandwiches are superb as well.

Best muffuletta that I’ve had outside of Louisiana, straight up.Staff is extremely friendly and competent at their jobs, sandwich was made very fast for how busy the place was. The atmosphere is also exactly what one would expect for a mountain town establishment like this. Will definitely make it a regular stop when traveling through from now on.Parking: Parked in the large lot off to the side, I don’t mind having to walk a little bit.
