This is an awesome spot for celiacs that must eat gluten free. Every thing in there is and they bake everything on premise to stop cross contamination. We went in there a couple of days ago and they were super nice and helpful, they were super patient as we looked at everything they had while still baking in the background which was great to see. My Celiac wife was delighted with the cupcakes and savoury items she got. I also got a chocolate slice there with a coffee with it and was happy even though I only eat GF sometimes. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. The super friendly staff even gave us recommendations for some other Celiac friendly spots.They also have vegan options.Vegetarian options: They knew everything that was vegan and vegetarian as the people serving are the people making the items.Dietary restrictions: Celiac safe bakery with savoury and sweet options

Best Lemon Berry Cheesecake in my life !Great place for any event in need of delicious dessert. I highly recommend for anyone planning anything.
Horrible customer service and will never order again. I placed an order two months ago and still have not received it. Not once has anyone tired to contact me letting me know why my order is not getting fulfilled. I get there are issues that sometimes causes delays but you should be contacting your customers and explaining that to them. Every time I call I get told a reason why they haven't sent my order and that it will ship out in a few days but never does and at this point I'm starting to think it never will.

A celiac’s wet dream! I was so excited to see Steamboat has a gluten free bakery, and it was delicious. I tried the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cupcake, carrot cake cupcake, cinnamon rolls, and confetti cake. My partner is not gluten free and we both enjoyed all of them. I will definitely be back!

This was a disappointment. I stumbled upon this place after visiting the dog store next to it. When I tried my cupcake and crumb cake later that night I was shocked at how hard, gummy and flavorless the cake was. It wasn’t until I looked on google after trying my treats and reading reviews that I realized this is a gluten free ONLY bakery. There was no signage in the store stating this nor did the staff member mention it and had I known, I likely wouldn’t have purchased anything as I am not typically a fan of gluten free items.With that said the store is nice and clean with TONS of bakery options including soups, savory pastries and some unbaked goods to bring home and bake yourself. The frosting on the cupcake I had was delicious and the staff member I talked to was very friendly and welcoming.

I had a beautiful two tier wedding cake made here and it was absolutely delicious! I sent over photos for inspiration and the Inclusions team nailed it. The cake was delivered by the bakery straight to my venue so I never had to think about it. Thank you Inclusions Bakery team!!

What a delight. My children and myself have a dairy and gluten allergy which is so rarely catered to especially in fresh baked goods. It felt like such a taste of hike as we devoured sage cinnamon rolls with a view of the mountains and leaves beginning to turn in beautiful steamboat Colorado. This will most certainly be a part of every trip to steamboat and as my son put it makes steamboat one of our favorite places to visit. We tried different treats every day. The owner is so kind and thoughtful. Thanks again for making this trip feel so welcoming!
Inclusions did our wedding dessert bar with their mini desserts/cupcakes and they did our wedding cake, and everything was AMAZING! We had so much fun doing a tasting at the bakery to go over the details, and the communication was great getting everythign setup. We are so appreciative!

We bought cinnamon rolls and peach rolls and brought back to our room. The rolls were horribly hard. It took a steak knife and a lit of effort to cut in half. I couldn’t bite it, so we decided to heat it a few seconds. That didn’t work. It tasted liked hardened sand. We threw them away.

Friendly staff. Brownie was good, but pecan roll and cinnamon roll were hard as a rock, even thought they were heated up. Sort of "old school" gluten free I guess.

Soooooo delicious!!! I was incredibly excited to find a gluten free bakery while vacationing in Steamboat! We stopped by for a snack while riding bikes and it was the perfect carb source to finish our ride! We loved the peanut butter cupcake and carrot cake brownie! Absolutely delightful!

This place is hands down the best bakery in 100 miles. Just a tremendously friendly family. Outstanding bread, and killer gluten free options. It's a must go to if you love a good cinnamon roll for breakfast, or a quick cupcake for lunch.Thanks for the fix.
