You wouldn't know it from the outside, but The Paramount has great food. The Cuban and Reuben sandwiches were huge and delicious. The salads look delicious, I suspect the breakfasts are incredible.Skip Slope Slide and get your mid-day meal The Paramount.

This is one of the restaurants my family MUST visit every time we're in Steamboat. The sandwiches are all delicious and it's consistently great every year. Our favorites are the Prime Rib and the Crab BLT. Also have to get some fries for the table, and love the variety of dipping sauces. This is one of the best places to eat in Steamboat!

Best breakfast on the boat. Loved the Russian coffee and BLT breakfast sandwich. Kids went absolutely nuts for the hot cocoa. They tested them all over the mountain and the hot cocoa w the thick whipped cream and sprinkles was IT! Staff are super helpful and kind.Kid-friendliness: Everyone is welcome. Hot chocolate is amazing. They have yummy kids meals, too.

Horrible Customer Service. Sadly we don't know how the feed was because after waiting 30 min for two bagles I deciede it wasent worth the wait. Mind you they only had two tables for 3 and one of 4 people. A bunch of young kids with no experience in customer service. Glad they have many other optons near by.Also after waiting for 30 minutes for two bagles they made tosted the wrong ones and the lady have the never to ask um sorry can you just take these.NO i paid and order what I wanted.I looked in the back to see what the hold up was a bunch of kid talking and wasting time. Sad

They are so slow, food is just so so. If there were other options they probably would be out of business. They need another guy at the counter, my great grandma is faster.

Great cornbread, but may legitimately have been the worst cappucino I've ever had. Just a cup of hot watered milk. Maybe the machine it went through had had coffee in it at one point in the distant past.

This place was busy - which is a good sign - but the service was fast and very helpful. I order just an oat milk latte, but was very satisfied with their espresso! They have breakfast and lunch options (so many delicious sandwiches to choose from) and plenty of mixed drinks, beers, wines, and coffee drinks. Highly recommend this spot as a mid day rest for your skiing.

Oh. My. God. This place IS THE PLACE. I went with my family for breakfast and everything seemed pretty good, nothing to write home about, but it was delicious. We returned for lunch a later day and wow am I glad we went back. I wish I could have posted a photo of my sandwich, but it was eaten so quickly, there was nothing left to photograph. The sandwiches they make are PHENOMENAL and truly took my breath away with how amazing it was. Before we left, we bought another sandwich to take home for leftovers as well. My oh my what a gem of a place!

Great place slopeside. We had breakfast and lunch here. Great food, super nice staff, reasonably priced.

Great place for a meal.I only gave less than 5 for service because nobody brought us water, and we had to get our own. Not a problem. Just less-than-full service. All staff were very polite and professional .Food was outstanding.Powerful outdoor heaters allow you to eat outdoors, right off the hill without feeling exposed.

Super underwhelming. Bacon egg and cheese sandwich that was almost inedible from very tough, almost stale bread. My chicken and waffles were terrible- burnt waffle, overcooked (reheated) chicken, hot mess of gravy. Also, everything was $3 more than the price on the printed menu and the board. The staff was very friendly, and the location is perfect, but the food was just lacking.

Quick stop in for lunch while skiing. Our instructor suggested it and glad he did. Pesto chicken sandwich was bomb and so big. Bread is local and amazing.

We're Steamboat locals and pride ourselves on being a family friendly town. Paramount is the exception to that rule. We recently took our boys and dog up to the base on a lovely, warm day. We had forgotten to bring water and my young boys (8 and 10) decided to go into Paramount to ask for a cup of water. They got denied!!! They were told they would need to buy something in order to get water. Bullsh*t!!! I don't care how good their food is, I'm saddened to say we will NEVER set foot in that establishment again.
