This is arguably the worst qdoba I’ve ever been to (we live here). The very rude staff refused to put shrimp on my son’s quesadilla when I could literally order that item online. The remainder of the order was also wrong, missing the kids apple sauce, missing the kids rice and beans, and missed the salsa on the burritos. Will not be returning, shame on people for being rude to a group of small children ordering their lunch and refusing to make it for them.

So you've found yourself at Qdoba in a tourist town. You're either wondering what is this or you already know it's basically Chipotle but cheaper!I've been going here for years and I'll admit the previous management wasn't that good or even around at all.. But for more than a year now, management and the team have been amazing!!They all work very hard and it shows, the lobby always looks great and the food consistently tastes amazing! This Qdoba has been a great affordable addition to this town!Parking: The store shares a gigantic parking lot with 2 grocery stores. Plenty of parking around just don't leave your car overnight.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid-friendly. Parents will need to entertain though.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Got a chicken burrito bowl. Got extra chicken and was charged $20. I’m not even upset about the money it’s just that the quality of the food wasn’t great. The chicken was old and dry and it seemed like the Latina at the cash didn’t like that I asked for extra chicken . Chipotle definitely better food, quality and price.

Got home with our pick up order & my daughter's $10 kids meal was missing her juice box and everything to "make your own taco" kit. Only got beef wrapped in a tortilla. Called to ask if they were out or it was forgotten and was hung up on. I assumed it was an accident so called back and asked to speak to the same woman I was talking to and was told she doesn't speak English so I explained what happened to the new woman and she responded with " okay "... I asked if I could get refunded for half of her kids meal and was told no but they have everything at the register, I asked if they'd deliver it and she said they don't do delivery (a lie) and I asked if that was it? "I just pay for food I don't get?" and she said ma'am you can come pick it up. So unhelpful, no one even apologized. Going out to eat is a splurge in this expensive town, spend your money elsewhere.
