I was pretty disappointed with the food quality. It was ok, but the meat taste and texture was low grade. For price point and area, I expected better. I was confirmed it’s likely cheap when I went to the bathroom and they give you a quarter of a paper towel in the machine, trying to save costs, so ya get to waive your hand in front of 5 times to get enough paper towel to dry your hands.. that summed up what type of ingredients they use imo. Queso was good and had good flavor.Again it was fine, my marg was good, atmosphere is good, but not blown away. 3 star tacos, 4 star overall spot.

Salt and Lime is a fun slightly upscale place for tacos, burritos, etc. My partner and I got a margarita (which was poured from a tap), and a glass of wine from a can that our server got wrong. We also ordered a $13 appetizer of chips and guacamole, which was possibly made from one singular avocado and a heaping portion olive oil. The food and drinks were decent, but not for the prices.

This is my new favorite spot in Steamboat Springs! The loaded guacamole is super yummy. We had the fish tacos and the carne asada tacos. They were fresh and delicious. The cheesy rice was our favorite side, so we ended up ordering two of them. We had homemade churros for dessert with ice cream. So good!

The food here was insanely good and definitely worth the visit and the cost. But man it's condensed in there and very, very loud at dinner time after the ski day is over and the apres ski margaritas have taken hold.. Excited to try this place outside of ski season when it's hopefully less crowded.Kid-friendliness: If it wasn't for their "little quesadilla" that our 1 year old loved, I would say this place isn't particularly kid friendly given the loud nature of a few apres ski margaritas and close quarters to nearby tables.

We loved this place and the food was delicious. It is a little pricey and chip/salsa are an additional charge. However, there were no complaints about the service or food. Our table ordered a pretty wide variety and all enjoyed. We'll be back next time we're in Steamboat for sure.
