Came for a quick breakfast. I got a cinnamon roll and a cup of coffee. It was tasty. They had about 12 different pastries. It seems everyone loves their almond croissant because it was sold out by 7:30am on a Saturday. The place isn't too busy. At least not before 8am on a Saturday. They have 4 tables, 2 4 seaters and 2 2 seaters. The cinnamon roll and coffee were good. I'd come here again.

Amazing bakery in Steamboat with amazing booked goods and great coffee. The staff is also super friendly and a great place to visit.

Great place to grab a pastry, cookie or sandwich, and coffee, tea and other drinks! Nice cozy atmosphere with warm stove in the corner. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had monkey bread and coffee there, and grabbed a baguette sandwich, another monkey bread and a cookie for lunch later. Monkey bread was great, and croissants, cinamon rolls and other pastries looked great, too!

I really can’t say enough great things about this place. I’m a regular visitor. I always visit to buy a loaf of ciabatta and frequently walk away with a number of baked goods. The Kouign-Amman, which you can only get on the weekends (maybe only Saturday) will change your life. The cookies are also insanely good. Highly recommend the pumpkin snickerdoodle. The staff is always friendly

Imagine a world where you spend 10$ on a SINGLE muffin ... Welcome to Smell that bread bakery . Great location with friendly staff , however the prices for everything is a massive rip off and the quality of the food is not even close to the price point .It makes sense why they don't list their prices of their items on the menu on their website, it would actually scare off a ton of customers , myself included had their prices been listed on their site menu I wouldn't have gone there. Sadly first impressions are everything and I wont be returning . It's really sad because the owners seem really nice . But when you actively hide your prices because you know they are insane you lose all of my business .

Best croissants…flaky on the outside, soft on the inside. Up there with those in France! Love the cozy spot where you can sit and look out at the creek. Like I stepped into Europe when I walk in there. Also a killer avocado toast and excellent sourdough.

Very disappointed, our bread rolls were completely raw in the middle. The traditional Stollen was over baked and had no marzipan in the middle.

Yum!! It’s a little difficult to find-it’s a but below street level-but so worth finding! Delicious pastries.

Folks working here have always been kind, bread itself is delicious. Pastries are good, coffee is drip but tasty. Been going here about once a week since we arrived and no complaints. To those saying their stuff is over baked… you can literally see what you’re purchasing. If it looks more done than you’d like, pick something else ffs.

Obviously one of the best bakeries in town! Try the bread, cinnamon rolls and bear claws! See y’all next week!

Great spot for some fresh baked pastries and coffee. A nice little patio in warmer weather. The sort of croissant type thing with ham is delicious.

A hidden gem on an unassuming corner 1 block off Main Street. The daily pastry and bread offerings were all heavenly. Our group sampled the pumpkin croissant (our favorite of everything) along with the ham and cheese croissant, salmon toast, and egg toast. Dog friendly on the patio. A must try!
