The old nachos were cheap but you kind of knew what you were getting. The new nachos? DISGUSTING.Ingredients:Soggy green chipsNacho cheese that doesn't even taste like cheeseVinegar preserved jalapenosSickeningly SWEET pulled porkTasteless white goop claimed to be sour creamPost Covid greed. It's terrible. They went from frozen food truck low grade ingredients to the most cringe worthy ingredients.

Nicest crew on the mountain, from hostess to waiter Leighton. Good coffee, great Cuban sandwich. Five stars.

Service was great. I don't have any gripes about it. The food was less than average for mountain top dining. Food is better at the cafeteria. Nachos were not baked and had cheese products. Bread with soup was a piece of white bread not even toasted. Salad looked liked a sink hole in the giant bowl. For a resort they need to step this food up for what you pay.

We were a group of adult, and everything was great. They had a kids program that occurred early in the evening, with the adult line dancing etc happening a little later. Food was amazing.... Every dish, and the band was good and fun

Wow. To say this was an unusual and memorable experience is an understatement. It felt like Adam Sandler should be the lead singer for the evening entertainment. The food was astonishingly terrible, served buffet style in chafing dishes in a hall in the top of the Thunderridge ski lodge. There was some steak like Product at the end of the buffet that passed the test of being cooked well, and edible, but then the add your own choice of bbq sauce from range of squeeze bottled was a thumbs down. The flavorless, mushy from frozen mixed veggies. The flavorless, gelatinous Mac cheese. The iceberg lettuce excuse of a salad bar is likely bested by the local high school cafeteria options. The salmon was hard as a rock. We are unclear how salmon could be cooked like that. Truly. There was a band trying very hard to engage. Good job band. There were family games and line dancing which were perhaps the highlight for most attendees. To clarify: There is NO actual restaurant called Western BBQ. There is not one sign anywhere with the name of Western BBQ on it. There is no signage at the resort. The phone number for the restaurant doesn't work. Because it's not a real restaurant. Not should it be. This is only worth going for the spectacle that feels like crashing a bad buffet wedding. You do ride the gondola at night. Wear a hat and gloves. For a good time, send your ex fiancé here and instead grab a burger from any pub nearby. It was a hilarious, amazing evening.

Food options were good. If you arrive later, like us, the salmon was dry. The ribs and chicken were good. But couldn't find any medium rare beef. Still tasty though. Sides were good and dessert bar. Staff very friendly and music was great background. Not seated near window so no view of city at night. Went outside and got great views.

I made a reservation for our nine family members for this barbecue, and at the last minute, as were walking out the door to go up the gondola to the barbecue. I was told that this barbecue was totally canceled because of a gondola problem. This seems totally unacceptable to me, and made it almost impossible to find another place to eat dinner for our party of nine people. Not happy that this occurred.

This restaurant is not accurately described on Open table. It's a cafeteria style buffet with live country music. The food choices were very limited - the menu online was not accurate. For example - they supposedly offer Salmon. None to be found last light. Tons of little kids running around. Buffet trays were routinely empty. You sit at big long tables - no privacy or intimacy. It's really a ski lodge cafeteria. We had to leave because my partner could not find anything to eat. They charged us $150 - for just arriving and leaving. Unreal. This is not a high class dining option.

Ran out of the BBQ salmon before we even had a chance to get any. Food was so salty I will be drinking water nonstop for days. Noise and band was so loud I couldn't hear myself think.

This is such a fun event, and I haven't been in a while, so it was nice to see so many fun upgrades. The food was delicious and beautiful, the layout was much more user-friendly, and the overall experience was fantastic. Looking forward to our next trip!

Great set up for a family friendly buffet dinner on the mtn. Staff was friendly, the food was great and the entertainment was fabulous. We had a clear night so the views from the gondola ride up & down were amazing. Will do this again next time we have company here for a visit.

What a great way to end an amazing week of skiing. The gondola ride in the dark, seeing everything lit up, was nice. There was all you can eat buffet with fresh food. Then an Ice cream bar. Good music with line dancing lessons.

My review is really to call out Matt Douglas as the funniest most attentive waiter on the mountain… he made our first time at Stoker a true dining experience to rememberVegetarian options: Nachos
