I was at this establishment with my service animal and encounter the worst experience of my life. I had several employees rudely ask me to leave before even asking if my dog was a service animal. I told them that he was and one of 3 people were nice about it. About 2 hours later a manager with a scruffy beard comes running out to me and demanding I leave the premises immediately because my dog barked once. You could tell he was waiting for something to happen to try and kick me out. My dog is trained to bark like that in certain situations and I explained that to him and he threatened to call the police. I didn't have a problem with that and when I explained they would be in my side because he was just doing his job. I would completely understand if my dog was uncontrollably barking or even did it several times or acted up in any way. This was once in a 2-3 hour period. I have tried to file complaints but have not been able to reach them and they will not contact me back.

We used to love this place but just ordered potato skins and not only did they take over an hour to arrive without any warning of slow service but they are also outrageously spicy without warning. I like spice but this was overwhelming and they said nothing. You have a prime spot, Be better!
