The Bistro Steak was amazing. The steak was cooked a perfect medium rare. The seasoning on the steak was delicious and the sauce was also amazing. Mashed potatoes were delicious as well. The veggies were done nicely and everything went together very nicely and all came out and nice and hot.

We went last night and absolutely loved it! The spinach goat cheese beet salad was wonderful. The poke was also delicious. We ordered the kimchi fried rice with beef and it was absolutely insane! They have great cocktails and wine list. We would absolutely come back!

Absolutely fantastic food. We had the tuna poke, spinach and beet salad, and the Korean short rib! We also got a complementary white chocolate crème brûlée since we were celebrating a birthday and it was the “icing on the cake”. We’ll definitely be back! We’re currently full, happy, and can’t stop talking about the food. Amazing.

Portabella mushroom fries were incredible. All the other dishes we got were very salty and over seasoned. Carbonara. Lobster risotto, mushroom soup. Could have just been a bad night with someone that liked salt, first timer.

From the moment we arrived, we had an excellant dining experience. The manager was able to seat us earlier then our reservation. We were seated at a wonderful window table. Brandy, our server, was pleasant, informative, professional and enthusiastic about our evening meal. Her recommendations from the menu were delicious and well timed. The portable fries, corn elote, pork belly and shrimp puttanesca especially delicious. Brandy's opinion on wines also spot on. Decor and ambiance of the restaurant is current and comfortable. Top choice in Steamboat Springs.
I had the reservation for 5 for 8pm Tuesday evening. The atmosphere and service was good and most of the group enjoyed their meal. However, I ordered steak and was served with cuts of various pieces instead of a single piece of steak. When the gentleman with the the ponytail passed by to ask how are we enjoying the meal, I brought up the issue but he turned away and walked away before I even finished speaking . Definitely not what the service expected. Will not return here again. What's the point of asking if you don't care to listen?

Sat at the kitchen bar, loved watching the meals being prepared. Truffled mushroom fries were delicious, as were the lamb meatballs. Service was exceptional too. Will definitely return on our next visit.
This is my fiancée's and my favorite restaurant to go to every time we visit Steamboat Springs. The first time we went here, we sat near the kitchen, and the chef was very engaging, which made this an intimate experience for us. The food is fantastic! The host was very welcoming; our server was great and friendly! The chef and sous chefs all work superbly together, and even though they have different chefs each time we go, each time the menu never disappoints. We share this place with everyone back at home in Denver to try this restaurant whenever they visit SBS. I highly recommend this place.

By far the best restaurant we visited in Steamboat. Food and drinks were fantastic and the staff were even better. We had 3 kids with us and they made it all work so well. We will be back!
The service is excellent at Table 79. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed and important to the staff. The food is consistently delicious and the cocktails are crafted with care. Love it!

The reviews of Table 79 were excellent, and my son and I were able to book on fairly short notice while skiing Steamboat in late-February. The menu and the food were exceptional. I enjoyed the short rib and Trevor ordered a burger. The bar provided craft cocktails and the ambiance was relaxed. Make sure to take a look at Table 79.

The bread is great the portobello fries were excellent the short rib bao buns were also excellent the vegetarian dish was excellent very spicy the Korean short rib was excellent and the corn appetizer was also really good I had the lobster risotto which was solid the skillet cookie was excellent
