Not sure, was told this place was ‘semi private,’ pretty sure that means they didn’t want us there…

A true hidden gem in Steamboat. Private, educational wine tasting in a super cozy lounge at the base of the mountain. Andre was incredibly informative and fun to talk to. We can't wait to come back in the winter time.

Whether you’re looking for the perfect girls night out with a 1.5hr educational wine tasting that comes with 4 tastings and a mini charcuterie board (only $60 per person might I add!) or just a place to relax after a long day of skiing, The Collective will not disappoint. Amazing wine tasting experience with some of the best sommeliers in the area!

Amazing find, small quaint coffee shop with great, friendly service! We were in steamboat 2 nights and both mornings we had to come back. The breakfast burrito is incredible and the coffee is fresh and flavorful! Definitely recommend a visit for anyone in town.

Lauren's review is spot on. It's unlikely anyone in the Yampa Valley knows more about fine wine than Mike, Andre and AJ. Their collective wine knowledge is unparalleled, and you can benefit from their hospitality and expertise in every glass they recommend. It's remarkable to have a wine experience like The Collective in Steamboat. Drop by for what's available at the bar, or reserve a seat at a scheduled tasting to hear details about innovative family vineyards of Italy, France, Spain and more from expert guest speakers.
Had my first wine tasting here this week. Great concept. Great execution. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

Great new addition to Steamboat. Mike Lange has been a sommelier in Steamboat for 20 years and always picks fantastic wine so when I heard he was opening up a shop I was super excited to check it out. I haven't gotten to experience the wine pairings yet but for $50 on Friday's I think this is a stupendous deal! They can also help you host a private event at their space. The coffee shop is open until about 2pm each day and the barista is amazing. The coffee cows from Big Iron downtown and is absolutely delicious! Its a great spot to start your day and relax in a quiet space. They are also offering to host your wine collection. Check out their website for more info on the 55 degrees club. Looking forward to the future of the collective.
