Came here for a quick lunch during a day of spring skiing. Beautiful ambiance and great service. We got the chili which was absolutely delicious - 100% recommend. We also shared the wings and they were mediocre and a disappointment. They had flavor and were moist but the skin gummy. Could have been cooked longer or on higher heat. Sauce came on the side and wings weren’t tossed in them. They were meh - definitely try something else next time. Certainly better than on mountain food.Regardless it was a nice break and we enjoyed hanging out on the patio.

The chicken wings were rubbery and the natchos were of poor quality (less than 1c. at the table of salsa, little real cheese, no real avocado puree...).

What one expects within gondola walking distance, average, exorbitant. Missed a sandwich, alerted our server who corrected the order and comped the sandwich?

Convenient location. Good food. Friendly staff. I like the outdoor patio entertainment on weekends on warm days. Frequently crowded with some need to wait.

Everyone loved their food. Huge plate of nachos, delicious wings and fries. Ceasar salad with grilled chicken was delicious!

Waited for 10-12 minutes at our table, no one came by, not even to give water. Very dirty overall, would not recommend

Great place to stop if you're skiing and steamboat! My friend and I sat at the bar, the server was super attentive and very friendly. They also have live music for the lunch crowd. I ordered the burger and two espresso martinis. We also got some lemon drop shots and regular tequila shots. Definitely a fun place to go after a long day of ski and snow.

Food was okay, but Steamboat has many better options. It's a convenient location, but not much more. The southwest wedge salad was good. I will probably be back, but food quality is average.

Service was extremely slow and the restaurant was not even that busy. We are pretty patient people but this was getting bordering ridiculous. Food was good. This has been one of our favs in Steamboat. Hoping was just an off night and bad server

Among the restaurants available at the base of the mountain, this is definitely one of the best. Its prices are about the same as the rest but the quality is far better than most. My only caveat to that is that the quality can sometimes dip if the restaurant is swamped. We went in on a Friday at 11 AM and the place was practically dead. Our server was the most friendly and energetic one I've ever had, and the food was amazing. We had burgers and lobster rolls which we devoured both from hunger and tastiness. We went back again on a Sunday at 1 PM to find the place packed. The wait was relatively short, but our server was so overwhelmed that she wasn't able to get to our table to take a drink order for 5-7 minutes after we'd been seated. That being said, a hostess stopped by with water and apologized for the wait. The food was also a bit less impressive than the Friday (some people ordered the same food, and it wasn't the same level), but it was still far better than other nearby options. We'll definitely make this a regular stop for future trips. Also, not every restaurant at the base does an ikon pass discount, but t&t does.

This place is great. We almost always show up with a group twenty or more people. You get hungry on the slopes, and when you're ready to eat, the last thing you want to do is wait for seating. Especially when you have a large group of hungry people. Timber & Torch always manage to find seating for us, and they have some of the best servers anywhere! This year, we had a server that was there for the season. He came from Florida. Can I just tell you that T&T's vetting process must be stellar because the server was excellent. As usual. T&T is a great place to have a good meal and drinks after hitting the slopes.Kid-friendliness: It's all about the family at Timber & Torch.
