We ate at this restaurant 2 times and enjoyed both meals. This is an excellent location for young families, the kids can play outside while you wait for your meal. Select a table,go to the bar to order and they will bring the food when it is ready. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Generous happy hour.

The manager at Slopeside was beyond rude to my handicapped mother who was getting into her wheelchair next to Slopeside. She told us we could not park next to her restaurant and I told her we were just unloading my handicapped mother when she rolled her eyes, made a weird and angry comment about fining us then and stormed off. How could someone could be so rude to an elderly handicapped person? My mom was shaken up and upset. Given this treatment we decided not to dine at Slopeside so I cannot comment on their food but the place was empty!

Ok food and no service. Food was greasy and there are no waiters, you walk up to the bar to order. Very pricey for the service provided, 21.00 for a Ruben sandwich with no sides is pretty high for order your own food at a counter. The staff was friendly and willing to work.

Our family of three went to SlopeSide for dinner Wednesday night after arriving in Steamboat for a few days of skiing. We made a last minute reservation which we actually didn't need as they had quite a few tables available when we arrived. The food was good, our server was friendly and helpful and they were happy to put the Avalanche game on for us. Great place for apres ski although can get very busy, we usually go for dinner which is much less chaotic.

Great apres ski restaurant. Great ambiance; especially on a busy sports day, where there are games on tv. Very pleasant employees. One hiccup was they forgot to place the order for one of the five people at the table. It was no big deal, but our diner neglected to have it ordered because the others were finished already. We will go back.

Pizza, wedge salad, Mac and cheese, Buffalo chicken wrap all were great. Great service, prompt food delivery. Excellent value in comparison to other places at Steamboat. Lucas (bartender) was superb! Highly recommend, casual, apres ski.

I have never before experienced such poor service. The servers could have cared less about taking our order. Because we were sitting outside, we had to place our order inside at the bar. It took over 30 minutes to have a server ask me “What!?!” when it was our time to order. If we were able to pay after they wouldn't have gotten the even the 15% gratuity left, but we were worried we would never receive our food. The food, by the way, was good.

They kicked us out an hour after our reservation time because they said they made another reservation for that table. It was very upsetting because the only reason we came there was to watch the UNC Duke game and it wasn't over. We ended up staying and our waiter helped us stay longer

Perfect spot to meet at the end of the day for drinks & wings. We were able to find a table for 11 of us after skiing.

It was at the end of a Saturday ski day so the joint was jumping. It was incredibly loud, almost painfully so. However the service was prompt and courteous; the food was delicious; the drinks were great. We may come back in the summer when we can comfortably eat outside in a little more quiet atmosphere.

Awesome service and taste. We accidentally left a couple items behind and we were quickly able to retrieve them. The yardsale and Acl are excellent pizzas. We make Slopeside every time we are in town.

Was invited out to dinner so had little to do with the Resturant selection. This is a Slopeside Bar and Grill As the name suggests. But really an Apres Ski Place. But going back there for dinner we're some folks still in ski Boots and super drunk. The noise was so loud it was miserable. The food was good enough because we were very hungry after a great ski day. Saw families there but not a place I would bring children Waitress was overwhelmed.... Couldn't get order correct for one of my friends- yikes!

Great after a day of skiing. Drinks were great. Pizza was good. It is a bar atmosphere with seating. Definitely easy access to the slopes

Just back from my annual ski trip to Steamboat, and I have to say Slopeside is a real treat. Didn't have the pizza this time, but it looked as good as ever. Opted for a bacon cheeseburger and fries, did not disappoint, cooked exactly they way I asked for it. My buddy had the salad with grilled chicken. Huge salad, very fresh, and satisfying. Tried to go back for dinner, not happening, I knew they were booked solid, and not surprised. Lunch is first come first served, they take reservations for dinner. You can bet I'll have a dinner res next year!
