Trust me, it's lip-smacking good.I enjoyed a plate of Barria Tacos, but the Baja Colorado fish taco was the star for me. Paired with a perfect margarita which was on offer - 2 for 1 that day, it made for a fantastic meal.But here's a special treat for the tequila lovers - they have a broad collection for you to explore.If you're near Oak street in Telluride , this is a spot you can't afford to miss. It was a delightful casual dining experience that blew me away.”

“Small cramped entryway. But that just leads to a full view of the roasting process Max has set up.Max the roastmaster told me everything about his process and had a indepth conversation about coffee tastes. After I asked for a lb of oaxaca he split my purchase into half a lb of that and a mystery bag which he told me to trust him.After brewing both beans I'm amazed at how accurately Max was able to pinpoint my coffee preferences. I don't usually ship beans but from these guys I gotta!”

“My girlfriend and I stopped in here recently. Let me just say, this was likely our favorite part of our entire Telluride/Ouray trip. Colleen behind the bar made us feel right at home and kept us entertained. Brian, one of the brewers, was fantastic company and clearly knew how to generate quality beer. I could not thank these two enough for their service and hospitality. I would HIGHLY recommend coming in here if you’re in the telluride area!”

“6 days in Telluride and 5 meals at The Butcher & The Baker. 4 breakfasts which featured great oatmeal, bakery items, coffee and one or more smiles from every person who works there. Lunch features the best sandwiches in town. It's a fun place no matter what time of the day you go. Dinner is served until 8 pm which we will test on our next trip to Telluride.”

“The absolute BEST in Telluride. First, the waitstaff is excellent and work as a team to ensure a seamless service experience. Our waiter, Keenan, was incredible. He knew all of the dishes and made outstanding recommendations. Further, he knew wine pairings and even described each cocktail in detail. He knew what spirits were behind the bar from memory (an extensive list). He was truly one of the best waiters we have had hands down.The food... Fresh, fulfilling, creative, and delicious. The specials were unique and outstanding. The chicken was moist and flavorful and is exactly how chicken should be prepared. The quality was outstanding. The appetizers were fresh and delicious. We had the prawns, Focaccia, the hummus, and the carrot and butternut squash. Perfectly spiced. I will be back to try the pastas as they looked amazing.The ambiance was perfect. Very clean and well appointed with furnishings and lighting that fit the spirit of the building itself (a historical treasure). Details like silver under the sparkling water bottle and your martini is something you would expect from only fine dining. They do it as a matter of course.Finally, one of the owners was on the floor ensuring everything ran smoothly. I am always impressed when I see total engagement by the proprietors. The care she demonstrated obviously transcends into every aspect of the restaurant.I have dined all over the world and can say without a doubt, The National is a true Gem.”

“The French Onion Soup needed more salt. Service was good. Otherwise, the food lived up to the hype. Overall a good experience, considering they are basically a food stop halfway up the mountain. You have to wait in line to make a reservation but can't ask for a specific time, so it's really first come, first served. That was a little weird.”

“This tavern is in an amazing location right off the chairlift. It offers indoor and outdoor dining options. It is very busy during the lunch rush and because of that we opted for the quickest option and sat at the bar. We still had good service at the bar. Menu options are a bit pricey as you can expect from a ski resort. Burgers and sandwiches are about $25 each but they were fantastic. The Bloody Mary’s were impressive due to their huge size and a lot of tasty garnishes to eat. Great flavor as well, just enough kick on the spice.”

“Caravan’s middle eastern food is absolute fabulous! And plentiful! Fresh & amazingly flavorful food. We had the veggie plate with tabouli, baba ghanouj, hummus, spanakopita, falafel & salad. The owner, David & his wife Diana, went above & beyond & we had one of the best experiences ever at a restaurant. I highly recommend Caravan!!”

“This was exactly what I was hoping it would be. Walking up the street everyone passes by with little white bags from here and I know why! The pastries were to die for and at reasonable prices (for a resort town). The bacon breakfast sandwich bagel, which had immaculate eggs and bacon in it was delicious. I had a bacon egg croissant which was to die for. It has the perfect amount of egg, bacon and crispy crusty goodness. We also got one of their big donuts which was ok. For the road we got one of the chile and one pizza roll and holy heck do I wish id just gotten a dozen of both. I'll definitely be back here next time I ride telluride.”
