My most recent experience with them really encouraged me to leave this review, I feel like everyone should know just how wonderful they are. There was some miscommunication w my order, imagine my surprise when I show up and my cake isn’t what I expected. When I brought this to their attention they were so apologetic and offered me numerous options to make up for this. I was really upset but the way they handled the situation was marvelous they went above and beyond to rectify this. I am so grateful at how quickly they took action and made my daughter’s day special, the cake was amazing! I have ordered 3 cakes from here and will continue to order with them every year!

Cake Occasion went above and beyond our expectations for a wedding cake. When we first saw our cake we thought it was fake, that is how beautiful it looked. The flavors were so delicious and they offered very reasonable pricing. The staff was friendly and a joy to work with. We continue to receive nothing but compliments about our cake.
