Will be taking my business elsewhere, which is sad as I order there regularly. Ordered a pizza last week, wasn’t remotely correct on the pizza and we ended up not eating the pizza. I called the store talked manager, they acknowledged they got it wrong and wanted to make it right, so the manager on shift told me and I quote “we will refund that pizza and I’m going to credit you another pizza on your next order for our mistake, just make sure you call in and reference the phone number on this order and you’ll get a pizza on us”. I thought what great customer service especially in todays world. Fast forward I call in less than a week later to order a pizza and use the credit I was offered and they said they had no record of a credit and I received a refund so they wouldn’t honor the credit. I explained the situation in detail (to Nick) and long story short what I was told they weren’t going to honor credit (all but calling me a liar as they wouldn’t offer that) and even if the shift manager offered it he wouldn’t do anything about it because that’s not their policy. So they basically won’t honor their word. Nick who claimed to be the overall store manager didn’t seem to care that he would lose a customer moving forward over them not honoring their word and what they offered me for their prior screw up. I will be taking my business elsewhere over the principle of the matter of not honoring your word to your customer.

Ordered for delivery and had a mix up , called and had to wait a little but as soon as the manager Zack got to the phone the problem was fixed & I really appreciate good help like this to customers especially when it's a honest mistake on both ends. Makes returning that much easier knowing I can trust the team who's running it ! Thank you guys and happy new year !

Sad to leave this bad review at this location cause they usually do great…..But…. This is highly unacceptable this is how our pizza was delivered iced cold and looked like it was tossed out of frustration from an employee and oh yeah over two hours late. My wife ordered our pizza at a decent time 7:56p after being told via email it could take 60 mins for delivery which is fine and I understand with it being a weekend we might have to wait a bit but two hours?? There was no communication to let us know there were running late or there was a mixup it wasn’t until I called to see what was going on. When I called it was still confusion on what was going on by this time it’s 9:30P 30 minutes before they close. The driver still didn’t make it to our door I had to track him down in our parking lot before he took it to the wrong place. Mind you I’m dealing with a cold not feeling good and it’s 18 degrees outside and that’s the last place I wanna be at. I wouldn’t have been as mad if 1 they called to reassure that it was coming to the right place after two hours and when they still couldn’t find it, there was still no call?? Lesson learned tonight I will just pickup for now on or maybe just take a break from blackjack for a while….

We ordered pizza from this location last night and I bit into something really hard, I spit it out and it was a piece of metal. It looks like I piece of the pan that the pizza is cooked on. It chipped my tooth and cut my gum. I called the store to let them know this happened, the store manager Savannah told me, “I’m sorry that happened to you but we don’t have any broken pizza screens so I don’t know what happened, sorry.” She gave me major attitude when I asked her for a refund and then told me it would likely be 10-14 days before I see a refund, but would never confirm the amount I would be refunded. I will never eat at this Blackjack again.

BJP has excellent pizza and friendly customer service. I would highly recommend if you have never eaten a pizza from this establishment. My new go to place if I am craving pizza.

Always have loved our orders from Black Jack Pizza. But tonight, on our "jackpot" pizza there seemed to be a part of a white plastic bag (?) baked into the toppings. really weird... We all looked at it and decided it is a piece of plastic which resembles grocery bag material. Very disappointed to say the least.

The pan pizza is awesome. Buttery, crispy bottom and edges. Delivery was fast as well.
Pretty good takeout/ delivery pizza place. We got the deep dish with extra cheese & sauce, with pepperoni and sausage. The pizza didn't blow us away or did it let us down. I think the pizza is better here than most places but not the best either. Ultimately if you're looking for a good takeout or delivery spot I think you can absolutely give this place a try. We thought the dough was good & we were glad we ordered the extra cheese and sauce. If you want good pizza this should get the job done for you. Check them out if you want & happy eating!!

Have never had a bad pizza at Black Jack Pizza but Little Caesars is good enough to earn 5 stars as well. When I worked for Twin City Security I was a rover and I had permission to get a Black Jack Pizza when ever I worked overtime. Anyway back to pizza. I like to try different pizza places and it is rare to have a pizza better then Black Jacks. Howie's with their flavored crust may be a tad better. And there was another pizza joint on Federal that may have been a tad better but it was twice the price. Actually glad that Little Caesars has finally raised their prices cuz now the wife may let me have Blackjack more. And it is rare that Little Caesars messes up a pizza and they will re do it on those occasions is my experience. Have only had one pizza at Howies. And have never had a bad pizza from them either. But with Black Jack never having a bad pizza is actually saying something; because, I have been eating their pizza since the 80s in many cities including but not limited to Fort Collins, Greeley, Broomfield, Westminster, Denver and Aurora. Oops left out Brighton which is the Blackjacks where I eat at the most these days. There is also a pizza place in Gunnison that may be a tad better but have only been there twice.
