Bopp Kitchen is a hidden gem in Thornton, Colorado that serves up delicious Asian fusion dishes. Well worth the drive from Denver if you don't live nearby.

Just, meh -- Though the menu reads original, when the plates come they aren't very well executed. Got the scallops for like $25ish and there were 3 scallops on that plate. Three. The veggies were oversauced and exactly the same as on the second dish we got, which was forgettable.Why the 4 star then? They're trying. Don't want to hurt 'em too bad BUT as a genuine message to whoever wrote this menu... keep tuning it, its not quite there yet.
