Y'all it is always a pleasure coming here. RYAN IS THE BEST! She is always very atentive with drinks and the food is always good. The bar area is always tidy and clean. We love it. Totally worth the 30 min drive. ????

Our sever Marko was awful never got refills never checked on us but had plenty of time to repeat the same “joke” to all his coworkers in the sever station our booth was next to. “You smell that??? Uh uh STANKYY LEG!” This was shouted right next to us 5 times and it wasn’t funny the first and none of his coworkers laughed at it either. You’d think him being right next to us plenty of times to tell jokes he’d be more attentive, but ni I literally had to go on the patio where he was vaping to ask for the check after we’ve been done with our meal for 21 minutes!! We honestly should’ve dine and dashed that goofy manger with the glasses wouldn’t have done nothing.

On Friday March 22nd , We came in for just an appetizer and a drink and even though we had a light order, our waitress was phenomenal, she was very sweet and still asked if we needed other items and if everything was great, we got the buffalo chicken tater tots and it was very good! But I can't find my receipt, it was between 7-8 in the dining room and our waitress was tall and blonde and just an absolute sweetheart! Thank her for her excellent waitressing!

Ok, I didn’t even have the guts to eat because everything looked and smelled so dirty. My partner and I only had our drinks and even had to switch tables because we could not bear the stinky smell. I love me some Buffalo Wild Wings but I will refuse to eat in a stinky and dirty place. So sad, PLEASE CLEAN AND GET RID OF THESE STINKY CHAIRS!

We ordered take-out and we came right on time. We got there and the parking situation was atrocious. There was no parking in the lot and we had to wait with hazard lights on on the road. To make it worse, when I sent someone in to get the food, they mentioned the atmosphere was unpleasant (they said it was "ugly, too bright, could use re-decoration") and they very strongly disliked it. I will say though, it's a sports bar so I will give it slack in terms of the too bright part. They said the staff was doing the bare minimum and not really trying to be helpful nor kind. Anyway, after we got back home, we got to our food and it was terrible. Our wings were bland, our fries were both bland and cold, the nachos we got were bland and the street tacos were the only quality part of the meal. It's the only thing I'd recommend there. However, we all agreed that we're never eating here again.Parking: The parking situation was ridiculous. We had to wait on the side of the road with hazard lights on since there was absolutely no parking.

Usually decent but bad tonight.. came in for dinner and didn’t talk to a staff memeber or hostess for 10 minutes. It was not busy. Finally we spoke to someone and got on the waitlist. However the hostess with brown hair in a bun with glasses, was horrible. She didn’t greet us, and didn’t speaking clearly at all. When we asked a question for clarification, she just looked at us and called a name on the list to get seated. We waited 20 minutes and noticed based on the people around us that we’d be next. But we weren’t somehow- the hostess seated 2 groups that got there after us. We were a party of two. We literally had to bring it up to the hostess and ask why we weren’t being seated to finally get seated..Our server let us order food right away as we knew what we wanted with the 20 plus minute wait. We ordered our food, the server was nice but not very attentive. We waited 15 minutes to look around and find our server to finally get our check. When we got the check I gave her my card almost immediately and she had taken the bill and my card right away. However, she had my card and bill for over 10 minutes… why? This made me very uncomfortable.Overall a small inconvenience turned into more inconveniences with staff who doesn’t care and apparently nonexistent management.

I haven’t been to BW’s in a long time. But wasn’t expecting it to be this bad.. the wings were over cooked and super dry and tasted like they had been been cooked in grease way over due to be changed out, with little to no sauce on them. If I had to imagine what back alley pigeon taste like this would be it. The service wasn’t great either, even tho we had a toddler who needed a high chair, we got put in a booth where they said we couldn’t have a high chair.. the sad thing is I seen a review from a year ago with pictures saying the same exact thing. So nothing has changed… won’t be going back.. by hay they stay packed bkuz people don’t know what good food is any more….don’t settle for less people, the price is way too high for pigeon meat.
