Worst BWW I’ve ever visited. Just walking down the aisle to the bar had a weird bathroom sewer smell. The server was extremely slow and was obvious she didn’t want to be here, my 6 wings took 35min to come out. At least the wings themselves still tasted awesome.

This is the absolute worst BWW I have ever been to. It's dirty and messy, the booths are all ripped up, and the service was horrible. I had to cancel my drink order after waiting 20 minutes and request the check and boxes so we could eat at home. The waitress didn't care not offer any discount. I won't be back.

They own the record of the worst BWW ever, been twice will never go again, we had 5 people. The food came out one at a time and cold, the kids Mac and cheese came out 15 minutes after the last food and was refrigerated cold, had to send most food back. They really suck at everything, service slow, food cold, kitchen manager must be an idiot and they just don’t care.

Been coming here for over a decade. Hasn’t changed much. Staff has always been consistently nice. Food has always been great. No complaints with drinks. Solid and predictable place to eat and hang out.

When we arrived we were seated and waited about 20-25 minutes till we had to flag the server who was on their phone in the drink station area. They told us to just order online and didn't even offer us drinks. The website profeeded to not work and we had to wait another 5 till we decided to just leave. Very lazy employees.

3.5 hrs on our last visit, not by choice.- waitress had a terrible attitude- we had to ask for refills EVERY time.- asked for napkins and was ignored- my daughter's order wasn't placed, and we had to wait 30 mins for 6 wings.Need to focus on TRAINING and hire people that really want to work!!

We waited for 30 minutes for a table and then when we got sat we had to wait 20 minutes for him to take our drink orders and he took 10 more minutes just to bring our drinks. After he took our order he hid in the corner or the restaurant after a hour he brought or food out with dry cold wings with 2 dirty forks (there was four of us) we ended up getting everything comped but it was a complete waits of 2 hours and our server was a man with gages and a long beard it was the worst service I’ve ever had.
