“When we visited it was super busy as always but the employees did a great job of getting orders out. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I'm amazed they manage to maintain their low prices. 2 of us can eat for around 15 bucks, and that's not something you can say for any other fast food restaurants these days.“

“The a/C barely worked I should have went with that and left. I ordered a turkey burger. It tasted like a freezer burned patty, not like the thick hand made patties they use to serve. The bun probably 3 days old. The fries were good as was the waitress. I won't go again. They obviously have cut the quality WAY down.“
“We had a not so great experience with our food not being the quality we have come to expect. I called and spoke to a man named DJ who made things right with zero hassle. I am a customer service professional with over 20 years in front of the public and I got to say DJ displayed a level of service you just don't see these days from managers in any industry. He obviously takes pride in his craft and yes running any business that puts you in front of the general public is a craft and it takes dedication and pride to do it day in and day out the right way. Keep him happy Freddy's, I'd steal him away in a heart beat to bring him on to my team. Thank you DJ!!“
“Chicken Mac was runny NO CHEESE AT ALL. The chicken was tough. Our server had at least 5 tables and ours, and we had 7 people. They need more help. Our server was very nice so we tipped well its not her fault. I hope it gets better we will be back.“

I like that the flavor is consistent throughout their locations and so is the good customer service they provide!I've been a customer for 10+ years and they're still one of my favorite burger joints. I just wish they had a location up north in Colorado, so I didn't have to drive almost 30mins to the nearest location.“

“I never really ate at Five Guys when I was in California. It was always In-N-Out. That will always be nostalgic to me, but Five Guys burgers are much better. Yes, they are more expensive, but I don't eat burgers often, so when I do it's Five Guys from now on. Also, this location is clean with friendly employees. I definitely recommend this location.“
“Visiting Doug's Diner for the first time, we could not be happier with the food or the service, the best experience in a long time. My wife had an omelet and I enjoyed a burrito . Outside of the excellent food, the coffee was delicious (got to have great coffee at a diner). Kevin, who served us, was quite polite and was quick to assist us.
